Researches On Ecological Civilization Construction Issues In The Process Of Resource-oriented Enterprises Transformation

Since the founding of our country, resource-oriented enterprises have made greatcontribution to national economic growth and social economic development, but also havebrought serious problems at the same time. Such development pattern, at the expense ofenvironment in exchange for enterprises’ economic benefits, exerts more and more negativeimpact on natural resource and ecological structure and leads to increasingly serious damages.People’s living space becomes increasingly dwindling, so transformation of resource-basedenterprises is imperative. And since the Party’s Eighteenth National Congress officially putecological civilization construction together with economic construction, politicalconstruction, cultural construction and social construction for "five in one", resource-basedenterprises have been demanded to lay emphasis on ecological civilization construction in thetransformation process. Although ecological civilization construction sets direction and goalfor resource-based enterprises transformation, people have to think deeply about problems inthe process of transformation.This dissertation uses literature research method, summarized method, data analysismethod and comparative research method, from transformation of resource-based enterprisesand concept and content of ecological civilization construction in its process, and discussesthe importance of ecological civilization construction in the process of transformation ofresource-based enterprises. Through data research and analysis, this dissertation summarizesresults achieved and existing problems of ecological civilization construction in the process ofresource-based enterprises transformation at present. Analyzing causes of existing problems,this dissertation puts forward countermeasure for solving ecological civilization constructionproblems in the process of transformation of resource-based enterprises combined with theactual situation: rational development and comprehensive utilization of resource; building adiversified industrial system; strengthening environmental management and ecologicalprotection; adjusting transformation direction to enhance independent innovation ability ofenterprises; improving compensation mechanism to ensure the implementation of ecologicalcivilization construction; strengthen transformation planning and establishing and perfectingthe relevant legal systems and disclosure systems.
