Drilling machine is a drilling equipment used in tunneling engineering construction method employed artillery drill. Extractive industry as an important part of the mining industry, itplays a crucial role in the amount of exploitation of mining production, but the performance of the mining equipment will have a considerable impact on the whole mining efficiency. Today, the country is to import domestic transformation through the introduction of large-scale hydraulic mining equipment, Bullock ’s SIMBA H1354equipment with high efficiency, impactforce, operating speed and other advantages have been introduced many mining group.Traditional drilling machine control system communication mainly uses wired cablecommunication. In recent years, with the development of microelectronic technology,industrial equipment control technology and wireless data transmission technology, drillingmachine control system communication mode gradually change in the direction of wirelesscontrol communication.To ensure the safety of mining production, in addition to furtherstrengthen safety management awareness, the key is to improve the control way of miningequipment and signal communication form. The control mode of the original cable and signalcommunication mode has its unique advantages, but as wireless data communicationtechnology becomes more sophisticated, traditional cable way gradually highlights itsshortcomings. Wireless technology not only reduces the system maintenance amounts,maintenance costs, improves the system overall reliability and life, but also provides a platformon the improvement of the underground working environment.Considering Lanjian iron ore drilling equipment of Pangang Group as the engineeringbackground, this paper introduces wireless data communication technology into the minedrilling equipment data communication, develops a set of simple, economic and highly reliablecontrol systems. In the hardware part, using the existing mature circuit principle, with the singlechip processor as the core, selecting industrial-grade and highly reliable electronic chips, anddesigning practical wireless communication circuit accordance with down hole applications. Inthe software part, based on the system application model and hardware requirements, designingthe corresponding control communication language program, and using the digital codingtechnology to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the coding information;The author finishes the scene simulation test in laboratory, and makes analysis andsummary for the test results. Finally, this paper makes test and record for the wirelesscommunication distance and the communication system accuracy of the system in different testenvironment, analyzes some factors that may have an impact on wireless communicationdistance and accuracy, recommending the appropriate remedies, and conducting more suitable anti-interference design for the system, making the communication system has better practicalapplication value. The research achievement of this paper provides a set of simple, practical andnew communication design scheme for the safe production of mining equipment.
