Aluminum liquid siphon is one of the operations in aluminum electrolysis, the precise of aluminum liquid siphon has a great impact on production efficiency. At present, many manufacturers take the methods that using one aluminum tank to acquire aluminum liquid of three or four electro bath during aluminum electrolysis. For various reasons, the real data of aluminum of one electro bath could't be acquired by administers while using this method. So, the "Accurate and Exact Aluminum Liquid Siphon System of Steelyard of Multi-functional Crane" was developped. This system solved those problems. However, in the process of using this system, the cable of the aluminum control handle was often damaged by the movement of the crane. It caused many inconveniences during the frequently aluminum liquid siphon.The research topics of this paper come from the project "Accurate and exact aluminum liquid siphon system of steelyard of multi-functional crane". Through reliability field tests and studying of wireless communication theory, a kind of short-range wireless communication technology which is suitable for the system was selected. Wired aluminum control handle was changed to wireless aluminum control handle. These improvements made the production process more convenient, reduced hardware cost and raised working efficiency.First of all, the paper introduced the characteristic of wireless communication technologies and the developments of the status quo at home and abroad, and made analysis and compare several commonly used short-range wireless communications. Then Accurate and Exact Aluminum Liquid Siphon System was introduced, with construct, function and realization. On this basis, we introduced hardware and software design and implementation of the wireless control handles, ensured the system's framework of communication protocol. After that, we optimize the control programm of the aluminum liquid siphon, list some result of experiment. At last, conclusion of essary was made.
