Currently oil storage and transportation safety management for the protection of the people safety and the overall production operation efficiency of the oil companies have great significance, therefore in the Oilfield for gas gathering and transportation of oil from oil well to the metering station and from metering station to joint station etc. all aspects, assess security risks is essential for effectively control and accurately identify hazardous and harmful factors. Throughout oil storage gathering process, often assess security risk for different assess objects on the basis of artificial evaluation mode selection according to single business conditions, intelligence and automation degree of traditional evaluation mode is not high, and the selection process of the traditional assessment mode for the contrast between the evaluation mode, optimization of certain assessment mode has no practical value.To solve this problem, this paper presents a security risk assessment model based on the weight analysis, the evaluation model based intelligent assessment, fuzzy expert assessment supplemented for security risks assessment, intelligent evaluation process can get the best assessment method through preferred method to achieve intelligent automation of assessment model, fuzzy expert assisted assessment mode is to complete the evaluation work by evaluation approach of the expert semantic instead of intelligent assessment process can not complete the work, it can improve the systemic of model. The model is compared with the conventional evaluation method has higher degree of automation and model versatility, combined with expert systems theory, comprehensively and systematically against oil storage areas, such as pipelines, oilcan and other content to assess security risks. This paper will on the basis of the general framework of a security risk assessment model based on weight analysis, and for intelligence, fuzzy expert assisted assessment to elaborate. During the evaluation process is based on the weight analysis as dominant factor, with emphasis on the introduction of knowledge expression of similar framework, and the introduction of "grid semantic Expert knowledge structure " common used in the two assessment methods. This paper apply expert system theory to achieve the knowledge inference process, and the knowledge inference process provides support for the design of safety hazards assessment model.Finally, this paper introduces the model system implementation, according to the actual situation, the programming basically meet needs of the scene, and provides practical support for oil storage and transportation security risk assessment, improves the oil storage and transportation safety management.
