Polymer dispersing and dissolving device is the core device equipped with injectedpolymer solution producing system. Its role is to mix quantitative polymer powder with waterto formulate into a polymer concentration of the mother liquor with a certain accuracy. EORoil production currently accounts for a growing proportion, but also puts forward higherrequirements for equipment. In producing the polymer mother liquor, oilfield users want to beable to produce higher concentrations of more accurate, longer no-failure-rate time, whichneeds more environmentally-friendly polymer dispersing and dissolving device, thus poses achallenge to the original equipment. Since the existing polymer dispersing and dissolvingdevice uses the traditional process, its drawbacks in use has gradually reflected in applications.It can not meet the requirements for a growing scale of oilfield development, which makes theupgrade with innovative polymer injection system development work more urgent.In this paper, the properties of the dispersion solvent ratio were mainly studied. Firstly, toestablish a jet’s initial geometry by theoretical analyses, which analyses the ejector vacuum ofdifferent water flow under and through the fan breeze generated by the maximum lifting force,and determine the jet with venturi coordinated impact gas pipeline pressure loss inside themain factors obtained relationship between different water flow and solid particles liftingforce under different air volume.On-site operation device was reformed. Experimental studies were carried out forhigh-speed water jet mating frequency breeze lifting force and gouache high concentrationsmixed. Finally, based on the results of the field test, flow-pressure relationships and airvolume-pressure relationship had been amended to make it more scientific and effective forguiding field operation.The resulting data can be used more effectively for scientific guidance in oilfieldpreparing large amount of high concentration of polymer, thus saving investment, reducingproduction costs, which is very important for guiding the preparation of polymer.
