The traditional stirred reactor was used in the production process of C4H7Cl2F3Si,which lead to slow reaction rate and long production cycle.As a kind of reactive equipment with good mixing performance,the jet loop reactor is suitable for gas-liquid two phase reaction,which can be used to increase the reaction rate and shorten the production cycle.To improve the production efficiency of C4H7Cl2F3Si,we put forward the idea of applying the jet loop reactor to its production process.Based on Weihai Newera Chemical Industry Co.Ltd.,the mixing characteristics of the Venturi ejector in the jet loop reactor are studied in this paper.Venturi ejector is the key component of jet loop reactor.To determine the optimal structural parameters of the Venturi ejector,the mixing characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase in the Venturi ejector are studied.The details of studies:firstly,according to the principle of Venturi ejector,the estimation formula of the Venturi ejector gas flow is put forward.Then,Fluent software was used to build the three-dimensional numerical model of Venturi ejector,which was used to research the influence of structural parameters on the capability of Venturi ejector.And the simulation results are used to verify and revise the estimation formula of the gas flow.Finally,the experimental research was carried out to research the effect of the distance between nozzle and mixing section on the gas flow.And the results of experiments are used to verify the rationality of the numerical model.The details of results are as follow:?1?The estimation formula of Venturi ejector gas flow:????2?The influence of structure size on the gas flow of Venturi ejector:the decreaseof nozzle outlet radius,the increase of the suction chamber outlet height,the decrease of the mixing section diameter and the decrease of diffused section angle all can increase ejector gas flow,and the degree is raising.The ejector gas flow increase with the lengthening of mixed section length,and the degree is decreasing.When the ratio between length and diameter of mixed section is greater than 7,the influence of mixed section length on ejector gas flow is small.The suction chamber inlet diameter has little influence on the ejector gas flow,which can only reduce ejector gas flow slightly by increasing the pressure loss of the suction chamber.The diffused length has small impact on ejector gas flow.?3?The influence of structure size on the gas-liquid mixing effect of Venturi ejector:the decrease of nozzle outlet radius,the decrease of suction chamber outlet height,the increase of mixed section diameter,the decrease of mixed section length,the decrease of diffused section angle all will help the mixing of gas-liquid two phase.The diffused length has small impact on ejector mixing effect.?4?The experimental results show that when the distance between the nozzle and the mixing section is less than 10mm,the distance has no obvious influence on the gas flow.While when the distance is greater than 10mm,the gas flow increases with the lengthening of the distance.The trend of simulation results is the same with that of the experimental results,which verifies the rationality of the simulation.
