With the development of high water cut oilfield into late and the high speed developmentof economy in our country, the dramatically increased oil and gas processing difficulty andcost, the rapidly growing energy consumption, available energy is limitted. Therefore, it isnecessary to the gathering system of the comprehensive survey yushulin oil field productionoperation and system load rate, to study the distribution of energy consumption, find out thecause system are the main factors causing the low efficiency, high energy consumption,energy saving renovation measures put forward reasonable, so as to achieve the goal of savingenergy and reducing consumption. In this paper, the practical characteristics of the surfacegathering system in yushulin oil field, the analysis on the energy consumption test, to evaluateits use and provides the theory basis for the research on the rules of energy consumption. Thisarticle mainly includes the following contents:Firstly, this paper introduces the two major part of the surface gathering system energyconsumption——transfer station and pipeline. On this basis, according to our country existingspecifications and literature, respectively, the establishment of the station power balance ofsurface gathering system model, the evaluation index of main energy-consuming equipmentand pipeline energy consumption evaluation index, including transfer station total energyefficiency and consumption evaluation index and the rate of energy consumption, machine thepump efficiency of pump unit, the unit efficiency, such as furnace smoke loss, heat loss andcombustion efficiency, etc., as well as outside the pipeline transmission efficiency, energy lossevaluation model of energy consumption, etc.Secondly, on the basis of c++builder6.0programming platform, comprehensive energyconsumption of oil and gas gathering and transferring system evaluation software isdeveloped. Through the software can realize the skeleton pipeline in oil and gas gathering andtransferring system, all kinds of heating furnace, such as pump and energy-using units ofenergy consumption evaluation, and the energy transfer station system of comprehensiveevaluation and analysis, at the same time, according to the evaluation results can be givendifferent energy-saving retrofit scheme of energy-using units. Application software developedby governs14turned my station in yushulin oil field outside the transfer station and pipelineenergy consumption calculation, get the corresponding energy consumption evaluation indexcalculated value.The surface gathering system based on yushulin oil field energy consumption analysisand existing problems, to put forward the yushulin oil field gas station and adjustment scheme.Mainly includes Shu2Station and Shu8station merge scenario, Shu16station and ShiyanStation merge scenario. And on this basis, the paper did the economic evaluation of modified scheme.Finally, in order to further reduce energy consumption of oil and gas gathering andtransferring system operation, For gathering system skeleton pipeline to skeleton line runningfor the target of minimizing the total energy consumption cost oil temperature and pressure asdecision variables, established the mathematical model of pipeline operation schemeoptimization. Application of the model of the different skeleton in yushulin oil field pipelineoperation scheme optimization, formulated the different pipeline in different months, differentthroughput under the optimal operation scheme, greatly reduce the energy consumption of theoperation of the pipeline, improve the utilization efficiency of the energy pipeline.
