With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,the consumption of energy is increasing rapidly.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy waste.Response to the national policy of the oil field,is working to promote low-carbon,green development,improve the statistical testing system,promote structural adjustment and technological innovation,increase investment in energy conservation and emission reduction.The energy consumption of gathering and water injection system in oil field enterprise is huge,and the development of these two systems is an important way to realize energy saving target.According to Sinopec ShengLi Oilfield "gathering and flooding system optimization project" research,in Hekou Oil production plant three mine as an example,study the gathering and use method,evaluation method and optimization method of water injection system.Firstly,the energy analysis methods and evaluation methods,energy saving and consumption reducing measures are studied.The analysis of energy and energy balance,energy consumption of the gathering system main equipment such as heating furnace,pump,separator are analyzed.With the gathering process of the system characteristics,combined with the "three links" is used in internal energy analysis method.By comparing the adaptability and reliability of various comprehensive evaluation methods,the AHP fusion fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected,construction of the index system and the evaluation criterion included station gathering system,station system,water injection system of three sub sectors,the establishment of transportation and water injection system with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The evaluation and optimization analysis of the Hekou Oil production plant in Shengli oil field was carried out by using HYSYS software combined with the evaluation and energy analysis methods mentioned above.The outside station gathering system evaluation including metering station of heating furnace temperature control,analysis of the network operation condition of transmission.The optimization model of the gathering and transportation operation outside the station is established,and the constraint conditions are determined;The station gathering system from the energy balance and energy balance of point of view,Chen Zhuang station can be used to analyze the status quo,and put forward the corresponding optimization measures.The overall energy consumption of the station is calculated,and the optimization model of the united station is established.The optima l operating parameters are obtained by determining the constraint conditions and solving the model;Water injection system is mainly aimed at the evaluation of the friction loss of water injection pipe network and the throttle loss of valve set.Design and development of the C/S structure of the enterprise level gathering water injection production optimization and analysis platform,the realization of the operation tracking,energy evaluation and analysis,the calculation of fractional transport and water injection pressure calculation and other functions.It provides a convenient platform for the management and optimization of oil field gathering water injection system,and makes an attempt on the construction of digital and real time information technology.
