Since the late period of development of Xinglongtai oilfield, the oil well production has been declining, the water content has been increasing, and for the oil field gathering and transportation system there are the problems,such as high energy consumption, equipment scaling, low efficiency of equipment operation. Therefore, it is necessary to research the current situation of oil gathering and transportation system, analyze the existing problems, and find out the weak process of energy of the oil gathering and transportation system, so as to put forward the measures for energy-saving technological transformation, and achieve the purpose of energy saving. In this paper, the energy consumption of the gathering and transportation system combined with the actual energy consumption of Xinglongtai oil production plant has been researched.The gathering and transportation system is divided into four parts: the meter station, the oil transfer station, the union station and the pipeline base on the principle of balance of energy.The evaluation model and analysis quota of energy equipment consumption is set up.The establishment of the evaluation platform of energy consumption for the gathering and transportation system is based on the C #.The software can analysize efficiency and energy consumption distribution of the gathering and transportation system, the status diagnosis, the reconstruction scheme and the prediction evaluation.Both evaluation on the energy consuming equipment and the process of energy consumption and the regularities of distribution of energy consumption and the weak part of use energy can be researched with the software. The software will provide energy-saving and technological transformation solutions about pumps, stoves and operation parameters.It will predict the potential of energy-saving of the gathering and transportation system.The potential prediction shows that power consumption of unit volume of liquid of system after the transformation would decrease by 9.55%, gas consumption would decrease by 6.10%, comprehensive energy consumption would decrease by 9.66%; power consumption of unit volume of oil of system fall by 4.71%, gas consumption would decrease by 6.24%, comprehensive energy consumption would fall by 6.21%; could save the gas 2.3×106 m3 one year and electric 6.3×105 kW?h one year. More significant energy saving effect has been shown.
