In order to more quickly and efficiently dispose of used plastic bottles and toraise people’s awareness of environmental protection, the plastic bottle automaticseparation machine has been designed and studied. With a principle of combiningartificial and mechanical processing, this paper is based on the automatic separationmachinery as the research object, through the modern design method for theoreticalstudy on automatic separation machinery and the three dimensional modelingtechnologies and computer analog simulation technology and finite element analysistechnique is used in the automatic separation machinery research and design. So thatthe development cycle is greatly shortened, and provides an effective way for thedevelopment of similar products. This paper mainly completed the following severalaspects:(1)According to the modern mechanical design principles and design methods,combined with the first positioning, the cutting, the last separation recycling operationsequence, analyzed the power transmission line of the machine, and then determinedthe position distribution of each parts and geometric parameters.(2)Plastic bottle automatic separation of mechanical working efficiency dependslargely on whether the power matching and the transmission capacity is reached. Inorder to solve the above problems, the power consumption of mechanical componentsis studied and through the dynamics analysis of the center shaft, determined thedangerous cross-section of the shaft and checked the intensity of the shaft. Drawing aconclusion that the dangerous cross-section safety coefficient of the shaft is muchlarger than the material allowable safety coefficient.(3)According to the requirement of equipment operation, the incomplete gearmechanism is analyzed and researched, and structural parameters are obtained.Application Pro/E4.0Mechanism module on the dynamic analog simulation,determine the feasibility and stability of the mechanism. (4)In order to guarantee the service life of the cam mechanism.Pro/E4.0Mechanica module in finite element analysis was carried out on the cam mechanism;through the study of the structural static analysis of cam mechanism. Determine themaximum stress of cam is material, and determined the deformation and displacementin the stress process, get the maximum deformation of cam is0.01795mm.Provide aneffective reference for cam design.(5)In order to provide a basis for machining parts, using the two-dimensionsoftware such as CAD drawing parts structural pattern and partial motion analysisdiagram. At the same time to shorten the development cycle, reduce the prototypemachine conversion cost and increase the stereoscopic visual. Using Pro/E4.0softwareto establish the three-dimensional model of the parts and virtual assembly.(6)According to the structure size and assembly requirements of parts, referenceparts structural pattern and three-dimensional graphic, making machine prototypemode.
