Electric LHD type TORO-1400E, made by TAMROCK Company in Finland, came into use in February2005in Donggua Moutain Copper Mine of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Company, it is the main equipment to shovel mine ore. Considering intellectual property protection,foreign manufacturers only provide basic technical support like operation, maintenance, repair, ect. But other important aspects of type TORO-1400E electric LHD, such as the principle of electric leakage protection devices and linkage control, and it’s peculiar cable-rolling control system are not involved. This bring lots of difficulty in seeking for and eliminating the cause of malfunction of the cable-rolling control system.As electric LHD cable-rolling pressure control process is a delaying, non-linear process, the pressure changing mechanism is very complex and difficult to use mathematical reasoning method to establish the mathematical model of the controlling process. Based on practical application and summarizing constantly for many years, the author has studied the cable-rolling control system of the type TORO-1400E electric LHD cable-rolling system from two aspects---hardware and software design, to reveal the principle and method of the cable-rolling control system, to make clear which factors influence the cable-rolling system? How do these factors influence the system? What’s the extent of the factors’influence? Solving these problems has great significance and localization value.
