With the development of deep mining in China,the safety of mine exploitation caused by water damage is highly valued,Coal Mine Safety Regulations proposes that mines with complex hydrogeological conditions or dangers of water inrush should be equipped with strong drainage systems,and strong drainage systems can effectively delay flooding time or prevent flooding,thus reducing economic and safety losses caused by water damage.The diving gate valve plays a key role in the reliable operation of the strong drainage system,this paper analyzes and studies the safe operation of the diving gate valve in the forced discharge system,which is great significance to the design and development and engineering application of the gate valve.At the same time,for the shortage of gate valve detection means,design a large-flow,high-lift water valve test and detection system to test the reliability of water valve operation under different working conditions and increase the safety performance of the water valve.In order to meet the installation and maintenance requirements of the diving gate valve,according to the design principle of the diving gate valve,consider the individual needs under different working conditions,using a modular design approach to design the diving gate valve module,complete the overall design of the diving gate valve and establish a three-dimensional model of the gate valve.In order to ensure the sealing performance of the gate valve under water,static analysis of the actuator housing of the gate valve,and based on the analysis results and the actual processing problems,the actuator cabinet improvement scheme is proposed to make the design scheme reasonably optimized.In order to make the diving gate valve run stably in the diving environment,design and analyze the hydraulic system of the diving gate valve,increase the underwater "breathing" device,the pressure compensation of the gate valve hydraulic system is completed by the airbag.Analysis of the effect of the "breathing" airbag of the gate actuator on the performance of the hydraulic system,the results show that the airbag setting increases the stability of the gate valve operation.Compare and analyze the parameter changes of the hydraulic control check valve in the diving environment,It can be seen that as the opening pressure of the pilot valve is increased,the pressure and flow fluctuations in the hydraulic cylinder increase;as the flow gradient decreases,the hydraulic cylinder fluctuating pressure and flow fluctuations decrease,but the system pressure increases significantly;as the rated flow rate decreases,the pressure fluctuation of the hydraulic cylinder is significantly reduced;according to the analysis results,the optimal one-way valve design parameters are selected.In order to study the effect of additional water on the dynamic characteristics of the gate valve in the diving environment,simulation analysis and test of dry mode and wet mode of gate valve actuator.Comparative analysis of the vibration mode cloud image of the dry and wet modes of the actuator,can be seen that the dry mode is opposite to the mode of the same order of the wet mode;through modal test comparison,it can be seen that the underwater modal frequency is reduced correspondingly to the dry mode.Production optimized prototype.Make the prototype run test,the results show that the pressure retention capacity of the hydraulic system meets the requirements,it can be normally opened and closed,and the opening and closing time can meet the requirements of use.Gate valve for industrial testing,The results show that the underwater hydraulic control gate valve can work normally for a long time,can effectively prevent the occurrence of water hammer accident when the submersible pump stops.In order to better detect the safety performance of the gate valve under high flow and high lift conditions,this paper designs a pipeline liquid delivery water valve simulation test bench.Principle analysis and structural design of the test bench,the energy storage is completed by the volumetric pump,and the mine drainage system simulation under the high lift and large flow conditions is simulated;through the switch control of the cartridge valve in the reversing valve,the reversal of the water flow is realized,and the simulation of opening and closing the water valve is completed.Through the kinematics simulation of the volumetric pump,the speed and gear ratio of the volumetric pump are simulated and verified,and the speed law and speed of the piston motion are obtained.Through the analysis of fluid dynamics such as flow field velocity,pressure,eddy current strength and turbulence intensity of the test bench during the energy storage process,as well as pipeline stress and strain and modal analysis,get the flow and pipeline characteristics of the test bench,and provide a basis for its design and operation.
