ABSTRACT:Due to the mineral resources are the non-renewable resources, recycling use of resources as much as possible in have become an important criterion in the process of mineral development. In recent years, with the development of market economy, our country pay more and more attention to the mineral resources economic management activities, thus gradually improve the mineral resources management related work, realize paid use of mineral resources assetization management, diversification of management, mineral resources development,etc. One of the key problems in the construction project is how to define the value of mineral resources constructed over mineral resources, furthermore how to assess economic evaluation of mineral resources.This thesis combined with the exploitation of PINGGUO bauxite ore resources, basing on the basis of actual situation and characteristics, using the basic principle of economics and related specification, to set up relevant economic evaluation index, and use the comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate mine development economy, to accomplish the method of multiple objective optimization, in order to build economic evaluation model of mine resources below constructed projects and the mining production index evaluate optimal to distinguish among the various interests. In this thesis, Main research results is divided into the following several parts:(1) Analyzing the characteristics of the bauxite mineral resources in our country and abroad, to forecast analysis domestic bauxite price variation characteristics. And analyze the difficulties of bauxite development process by using B-J time series method to predict economic evaluation parameters-aluminum metal price forecast, thus to provide reference basis for economic evaluation of main influencing factors and to determine the pressure of mineral resource evaluation system is the main factor, in this way product price forecasting model is established.(2) In order to Establish a dynamic equilibrium model to maximize profits, analyze the each subsystem main cost factor cost (production cost of alumina, bauxite, relocation costs) firstly, then establish the mathematical model subsystem independent accounting of the cost value. And later, the benefit maximization system on the basis of price statistics in usual alumina products was built. Finally use B-J time series method prediction method forecast alumina product price changes, provide total system of the single target evaluation mathematical model for the optimization of interests.(3) Total system interests single objective optimization mathematical model is established by using the C language programming. Based on economic evaluation model, realize the resources relocation mining economic evaluation software through VC++6.0programming software, this software can not only realize the change parameter input function, but also be used as independent economic evaluation model, in addition to the association with alumina products market price prediction, it can realize the sensitivity analysis of mineral resources economic evaluation.(4) By using the sensitivity analysis method, to determine each subsystem of single objective optimization index sensitivity, and with the sensitivity analysis conclusion, we can arrange the optimal of each subsystem weights of single target, and realize the multi-objective optimization decision-making of economic evaluation of mineral resources.
