As a natural cellulose fiber,viscose fiber is very popular with its excellent wearability.Currently,the mainly industrial production of flame-retardant viscose fiber using the production process by blending viscose solution and flame retardant which are no chemical bond combination between them,Because of a large number of hydrophilic hydroxyl groups in the cellulose molecule contains,the strong hydrophilic peoperties of hydroxyl make the fibers swell in the washing process,the flame retardant particles blending in the cellulose are easy to loss gradually with the increasing number of washing because of the absence of chemical bonds combination,which lead to the decline of fire-retardant effect.Therefore,the development of flame-retardant viscose fiber with a good washing durability has some practical value.Using a large number of hydroxyl groups exists in the cellulose molecular structure,on one hand The subject select the appropriate cross-linking agent which can cross-linked appropriate with the hydroxyl of cellulose to get a net structure which a Ided flame retardant into it,on the other hand,select linking agent with dual functional group,one side reaction with the hydroxyl while the other side adsorb the active groups of flame retardants,enhance the chemical bond between flame retardant and the cellulose in order to reduce the loss of the flame retardants in the washing process.With reference to the existing blending technology,three different types of additive such as glutaraldehyde,aziridine crosslinking agent and silane series coupling were selected to prepare flame-retardant viscose fiber washable,the process conditions of flame retardant viscose film,the following conclusions:1. Glutaraldehyde was added into the coagulation bath with5.0%(mass fraction),the temperature of coagulation bath was50℃,the residence time in coagulation bath was about10min,the LOI of the prepared flame retardant viscose fiber after washing can increase to26.0%from20.5%;2. Aziridine crosslinking agents was added into viscose solution with2.0%(mass ratio),the temperature of coagulation bath was60℃,the residence time in coagulation bath was15min,the LOI of obtained flame-retardant adhesive film after washing was up to27.0%;3. Silane coupling was added into viscose solution with2.0%(mass ratio),temperature of coagulation bath and residence time of the coagulation bath were reference to process conditions in the plant,the LOI of the flame-retardant adhesive film after washing was reached25.0%.The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the LOI flame-retardant viscose film after washing was28.1%when added aziridine crosslinking by2.0%(mass ratio) and silane coupling by2.0%(mass ratio) into viscose solution simultaneously,residence time in coagulation bath was10min,coagulation bath temperature was50℃;the LOI flame-retardant viscose film after washing can reach27.2%when added glutaraldehyde into coagulation bath with5.0%(mass ratio),meanwhile,silane coupling agent was added into viscose solution by2.0%(mass ratio),residence time in coagulation bath was10min,coagulation bath temperature was50℃.
