The Research On Differences In The Coal Production Safety Of China

China is the largest coal producing country, and also the largest coal consuming country in the world. Coal plays a very important role in China’s energy structure, and it has been accounted for about70%in the total energy consumption in China for long time. However, at present, China’s coal industry is not optimistic, and the whole society is very sensitive about the frequently happened coal accidents. China’s coal output accounts for30%of the world coal production, but the death toll from coal accidents is around over80%of the whole world,4times the number of miners died in the coal accidents of all the others countries. In the last decade, not only about16000miners died in the coal accidents, but also our country, coal enterprises and miner families suffered heavy economic loss.China’s coal safety and production status of the population caused great concern at home and abroad, there were a larger number of experts and scholars on the issue who made in-depth study and draw useful conclusions. When in China in the last decade the number of coal production safety accidents, the number of death in the coal accidents, the accident location, the time of accidents and the cause of accidents have been counted in the article, we think there were differences in China’s coal production safety. China’s coal production safety differences have both the time difference and the spatial differences. Also China’s coal production safety impact factors also have differences, time differences and spatial differences.In this article, differences of coal production safety situation were analysed by the research of coal production safety situation and factors affecting coal production safety of coal production.Firstly, the concepts were delimited related to differences in the coal production safety, the formation mechanism of differences in production safety of coal was analyzed.Secondly, the current situation of production safety of coal difference was analysed from the time and space dimensions through a lot of statistics. In the dimension of time from the perspective of the annual and monthly coal production safety situation differences were analysed, we think the number of coal production safety accidents is reducing every year for10years in2003to2012, but the probability of occurrence of major accidents is on the rise. In the dimension of space from the perspective of the provincial coal production safety situation differences were analysed, we think Sichuan, Hunan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Shanxi and Heilongjiang province have more and more coal production safety risk.Finally, from the dimensions of time and space factors on coal production safety differences were analyzed. In the time dimension annual data were mainly analyzed, we think the main factors affecting coal production safety of10years from2003to2012are collapse accident, gas accidents, flooding accident, transportation accidents. In spatial dimensions for the provincial coal production factors affecting differences were analysed, the major impact factors of the provinces of coal production safety are collapse accident, gas accidents, flooding accident, transport accidents, fire, electric shock, etc.
