It is the weft device according to the sensors connecting onthe loom and with its own CPU to control independently.In this paper, the embedded integration electronic weft feeder is refers to the water jetloom weft feeder (the same below). It is the upgrading product to the original ordinaryelectronic weft feeder that based on the analysis of customer weaving product requirements.The design of embedded integration electronic weft feeder can expand the adaptability ofwater jet loom for each variety, and can Better adapted to the weft insertion technique ofdifferent degree of multicolor weft, so that the loom can weave high-grade fabrics, andfurther more to improve the level of China’s textile products and expand product variety.In this paper, it is the design for the control system of the embedded integrationelectronic weft feeder, including feeder’s head master control system and feeder’selectrical box master control system. Through the comparison of weft feeder controlsystem of the old, the article is written in detail in the weft feeder parts of mechanicalstructure and control drive circuit. It’s including the design of the power and the drivecircuit of each components, the design of the sensor, the design of the main control circuit.This article also made detailed analysis of the reliability of the control system for thecontrol system of the embedded integration electronic weft feeder. It’s including thehardware anti-interference analysis research and the software anti-interference analysisresearch for the system; so that it can ensure that the system can work stable and reliable incomplex environment.Finally,It has carried on the test to the control system and the whole machine of theembedded integration electronic weft feeder. It has realized the design requirements of theembedded integration electronic weft feeder after the test of the main functions of thesystem is complete. And the entire system has carried on the Electrical Fast Transient/burst(EFT)immunity test to ensure the application of the device in the actual production. |
