Commonly used at home and abroad at present, the scene of the lost circulation horizon detection method is mainly under the direct testing equipment for testing, or USES the circulating pressure loss and the change of the stand pipe pressure calculation of indirect detection. Direct measurement method is well before, but the construction process is cumbersome and complex, the construction for a long time, and more restricted by the performance of the down hole testing instrument; The latter approach is relatively simple, but this kind of method to calculate the accuracy is poorer, and restricted by working conditions of the wellbore and drilling tools, often can cause plugging caused by leakage layer detection are not allowed to fail.Given locate lost circulation layer methods at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a new method of detecting leakage floor-spectrum analysis method, according to this method to be proposed a set of leak detection equipment for experiments. Therefore, this paper carried out according to the method of design of the experimental equipment research.The research content includes the following:(1) Designing a set of well leakage detection device to simulate the real process drilling site, include lab overall scheme design, layout design, design of wellbore, derrick piping system design and the design of the derrick substructure.(2) According to SY/T5609-1999"Standard For Basic Parameters of Drilling Rig", according to the "Standard of API4F" definition and calculation of derrick load, according to the specification for design of steel structure of the whole stability of the derrick.(3) Basis according to the stipulations of "Regulations of Technology of Water Supply Pipeline Engineering", the experimental system for hydraulic parameters are calculated, including local loss and water and return water pipe system and calculation of the frictional losses within the wellbore.(4) In this paper, finite element analysis by using ANSYS software of experiment equipment, the overall strength analysis including derrick and without stiffener round steel pipe flange on the node analysis.In this article, through the experiment scheme design and strength check calculation, the experiment scheme is feasible, can very good process simulation drilling site, for subsequent spectrum analysis experiment.
