| The construction of the Northeast of Sichuan is mostly steep structures. Due to the iMPact of orogeny, faults, fractures, coMPlex formation pressure system and poor regularity, there is high and low pressure systems coexist in the wellbore, and it will lead to frequently leak well drilling process. Therefore, it is necessary to research the technology of well leakage control in northeastern Sichuan.By the investigation of well leakage and control situation of Northeastern sichuan, we summarized and analyzed the nature and experience of well leakage, factors that affecting the success plugging rate and the proposed technical means of anti-collapse, leak-proof, standardizing wells plugging leakage process technology of existing coMPrehensive management. Three super-drilling fluid system, potassium calcium-based polymerization mellow electric glue drilling fluid system, silicate drilling fluid system have the features of inhibiting shale dispersion ability, controlling excellent rheological parameters preferably, blocking the formation of micro cracks effectively and preventing drilling fluid filtrate into the formation of internal.lt can meet the requirements of sloughing leak proof upper hole sections and paragraphs deep wells of high formation dip wells. We finished the technology of cement plugging, plugging the bridge, high water loss plugging, plugging and other conventional drilling plugging and the summary of the main points.And according to the different nature of leakage wells, we proposed a variety of technical solutions. By the using the wells of Bo1-X1, Lei17, Hot Springs 003-X1, the effect is obvious and iMProving the success rate of plugging successfully.Although the success rate of wells leak governance achieve the desired requirements by the research of this article, there is still some problems in multi-pressure systems of well leakage. We recommend further study of well leakage controlling on long barefoot, multi-pressure wells. |
