The land use produced after the human. With the increasing pace ofindustrialization and urbanization, the farmland area is sharply decreasing;grassland degradation is getting more serious, woodland is felled and so on.These had been continuously increasing. Nowadays, the pollution anddisruption to the environment thoroughly, land eco-system change anddecreased of ecological benefit had become social and economic problems ofglobal. According to the change analysis of different years land use and landecological environment in Hohhot. In2016year land using type’s dynamicsimulation based on Logistic equation. Analysis of land ecological benefits inHohhot City. Obtaining is interaction of land use and ecological benefits. Wecan find the measures of the not only reasonable use of land resource, but alsoenvironment protection.Firstly, this paper makes a comprehensive comparative analysis to theHohhot in1996,2006, and the changes in land use features2011currentsituation, the status quo and change in land using spatial pattern, combinedwith changes in the driving mechanism of land using, it is summed that theHohhot and landscape ecological pattern of spatial variation of therelationship between changes in land using changes affect the ecologicalenvironment and landscape from spatial distribution, the ecological andlandscape fragmentation about recent Hohhot polygons are varying degreesincreasingly.Secondly, this paper is based on Logistic-CA model of the Hohhot in2016land using types for dynamic simulation analysis, drawn in2016Hohhotto99,795.19hectares of urban and rural construction land, which is 600,488.57hectares of arable land, of373,734.13hectares of woodland, andgrassland was557,380.96hectares. As can be seen in2016, it is predicted thatin2011land using structure and distribution of the actual area of land usingtrends are similar. On the basis of Hohhot ecological benefit and the evaluation of land onthe distribution of Hohhot, the ecological benefits derived composite indexspace, from south to north and west to east. Gradually weakening trendshowing that this intensity of human activities, resources changes in the statusof the development and utilization, ecological construction and protectionefforts have a very good correlation. Eco-efficiency index lower regionalismdistribution of human activities in the city more frequently in urban areas, aswell as erosion of the most serious county towns of Wuchuan. Eco-efficiencyindex is higher in the town of Yulin (0.031) and the West Saihan theHalakhah little village gate of Township (0.029), lower for the new cityHongsheng tech Park (0.007) and the county of Wuchuan (0.018).Finally, to conclude, the impacts of the change on the ecological benefitsof land using, are mainly from the following two aspects elaborated: First, the ecological benefits from the effects of different land using structure andlayout of the scale, with the increase of the area of land using structure typeimpact on the eco-efficiency is greater. When there are more ecological landfor a long time, the positive impact on the ecological benefits is greater; whilebeing more long construction land, the negative impact on the ecologicalbenefits is greater; and the impact on the ecological benefits of agriculturalland is are both positive and negative, and the study shows that ecologicalagriculture has universal positive impact; and the impact of agriculture on theecological benefits of chemistry is proved to be negative. Second, to analyzethe impact of different ecological benefits from a variety of land using andland development and the use of the original land ecosystems would have anegative or positive impact to varying degrees, including the negative impactof construction land and mining land than land ecosystems, there still beinglarge garden, woodland and a variety of green space for the restoration and improvement of land ecosystems have a greater role in promoting.
