Wine as a fashionable drink, it has characteristics of antioxidant, anti-tumor and softenblood vessel, so it is a healthy drink, which is popular with consumers. In recent years, theimport amount of wine is increasing year by year, but in the current the understanding on theorigin information of the wine is still relatively vague, in addition to the lack of detectionmethods. In order to adapt to the development of international trade, regulate imported winemarket, carrying the study on wine special identity of origin information. In this paper, we takethe wine made in Bordeaux region of France as samples to research as follows:Firstly, through the lanthanides, component of medium qualities and volatile components, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS), liquid chromatography–Quadruple-Time of flight mass spectrometry (LC-Q-Tof), gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS)were used correspondingly to establish detection methods, components genomics research, andbuild predictive modeling by partial least squares method. Test results showed that: there is acertain similarity clustering existed in wines produced in the same rage, each detection methodswere more or less identified accurately to wines in Bordeaux. Although each method has thepossibility of false positives, but if compared with the each results of three models andcomprehensive consideration of the discrimination result, we can identify origin informationbetter.Secondly, testing the performance of the model on identification of adulterated wine, theresults showed that: The models have certain abilities of identification of adulterated fake, butwhen there are a high proportion of blending adulteration, it will have no ability of identifying ifit is adulterated or counterfeit or origin information counterfeiting. Scores of the credibility fordetermining was negatively correlated with the proportion of adulteration, with the increase ofthe proportion, the adulteration declined. Finally, carrying preliminary study on identification of grape varieties and vintages bynuclear magnetic resonance instrument. Although experimental samples is small, but the resultscan also be seen that the method is feasible.
