| With the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry,industrial Internet emerged at the historic moment.Identification analysis system as the key link of industrial Internet interconnection,the promotion of its standardization construction has become an important task of the high-quality development of industrial Internet.General Secretary Xi clearly put forward the "task of accelerating the construction of world-class salt lake industrial base" during his inspection in Qinghai.As a leading enterprise in the field of potash fertilizer in China,Salt Lake Shares bears the responsibility of standardization pilot construction.In this context,Salt Lake Shares actively promotes the construction of identification and parsing system.However,in the process of promotion,it is found that there are still problems such as inconsistency of multi-source system data and unified management of data.In addition,there is no standardized and unified label in the enterprise,and the phenomenon of one thing having multiple codes or one code having multiple objects appears,which is difficult to provide effective support for the scientific decision-making of the management.In this paper,the objects with management requirements(referred to as "identification objects")in Salt Lake Shares are taken as the research objects,and the above problems are solved by designing a unified and standardized identification code generation scheme and identification management system.The main research work and results of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The basic identification code standard for identifying objects within an enterprise is formulated.By summarizing and arranging the information of the identification objects in the enterprise,combined with the line classification method and the hierarchical coding method in the information classification and coding standards,the objects with different attributes or characteristics are classified and encoded,and the identification objects are uniquely defined by digital means.Digital management of objects.(2)Design and verification of a unified and standardized identification code generation scheme for identification objects.First,combine the mainstream Handle identification technology in the identification analysis system to define the identification coding structure of the identification object;secondly,configure the standardized coding generation rules for the identification object based on the established identification code standard to realize the unified encoding of the object;finally,use the national identification analysis system.The secondary node of identification resolution established in Qinghai tested the generated coding,which proved the availability of the coding scheme.(3)Design and implement an ID management system based on ID parsing secondary nodes.Aiming at the problem that the secondary node is difficult to manage the objects in a unified way,the secondary node is optimized.By connecting the relevant interfaces of the secondary node identification module and the data template module,the identification management system is designed to realize the unified visual management of the identification objects,and the identification is coded.The generation scheme is applied to the system,which proves the practicability of the system.At present,the standardized code generation scheme and logo management system researched and designed in this paper has entered the trial stage in the enterprise,which has a certain practical value,and also has a positive role in promoting the construction of the logo analysis system in Qinghai Province. |
