Porous metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are a hot topic because of theirpromising applications in separation, molecular storage, molecular magnets, andsemiconductors. In terms of functionality, most types of organic ligands and metalmotifs can be formed dinuclear, trinuclear, tetranuclear and even higher-nuclearclusters, which have been used as the SBUs, resulting in the MOFs structures withsolid structure and high porosity. Most complexes formed by multitopic carboxylateligands have higher thermal stability and better object absorption capacity, thus it willgreatly enhance their prospects in the industrial area.This thesis described three kinds of novel structure coordination polymers withdicarboxylate ligands. And it was divided into four chapters.In the first chapter, we introduced the research progress of the coordinationpolymers with dicarboxylate ligands, the significance and progress made in this topic.In the second chapter, basing on the synthesis reaction of coordination polymersbetween5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid (H2tbip) and Pb(NO3)2under the condition ofsolvothermal, we acquired a calixarene-shaped supramolecular coordination polymernamed [Pb4(tbip)4(H2O)4]·H2O (1) which have not been reported yet, and after that,the structure and properties of [Pb4(tbip)4(H2O)4]·H2O was characterized.In the third chapter, using the reaction of m-H2ndba and Zn(NO3)6H2O,Cu(NO3)23H2O under the condition of solvothermal respectively, we acquired twocoordination polymers Zn3(ndba)2(OH)2·DMF·H2O (2) and [Cu6(ndba)6(H2O)6]·H2O(3) with different structures. And the coordination polymer2was a three-dimensionalnetwork structure with1D channel, Cu in the coordination polymer3have beenformed a dinuclear paddle wheel structure, then it was connected by the ligand ndbato form a0D cage structure. Between cages, the ligands formed3D frameworks byπ-π effect. In this chapter, we focused on the fluorescent effect of the coordinationpolymer2, and Ca2+can sensitize the fluorescent effect of the coordination polymer2while Fe3+quenched the luminescence properties.In the conclusion, this thesis has summarized the aboved three novelcoordination polymers. All coordination polymers have greater porosity and higherproductivity, which can realize the industrialization of gas adsorption in a big step, and provide a new train of thought in the design of ligands and crystals.
