Most of the existing packaging for mechanical and electronic products is almost thesame form that the cushion in the form of integration with the outer packing. Packagingmaterials is often provided by different raw materials suppliers, those not only need to betransported respectively, and the cushion of transport need to occupy a large space, whichincreases the transportation cost. And including multichannel packaging process, packagingprocess are relatively heavy and complicated, requires more labor, and the packing efficiencyis difficult to be guaranteed. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to research on the newpackaging cushion structure and its technological process that effectively improve theefficiency and the development of new packaging structure form and its supporting processequipment.First of all, defined the design of this tasks and goals, I researched on the traditionalstructure of corrugated carton packaging, analyzed the limitations of corrugated carton and acushion packaging structure in modern packaging, carried on the structure analysis, puttedforward the cutting angle of design, calculated the one-piece fast loading constraints of cartonpackaging products, and improved the overall the design of one-piece fast packaging carton’sstructure.Then, according to the overall design scheme of one-piece fast packaging carton, Ianalyzed carton structure factors through test the effects of parameters such as compressivestrength, optimized the design parameters, concluded that the use of one-piece fast packagingcarton must meet the relationship between product’s thickness and thickness of cushionmaterial. Designed the one-piece fast packaging carton packaging structure based onultrasonic cleaning machine products of selected, tested the packaging transportation frompackaging materials cost, analyzed difficulty of processing production of fast packagingcarton.Then, I determined the one-piece fast packaging carton process design goal, proposed thetransformation process, determined the main process with the machining process, designedthe realization of the main principle and processing mechanism, provided a reference forpractical production for one-piece fast packaging carton.Finally, introduced dynamic simulation of the Solid Works software, carried on thesimulation analysis of the main function using Solid Works software, give out the movementand showed the main methods of key components in terms of product appearance, assemblyprocess, molding process and action process. Through the Motion analysis for linercomponents process, get the trajectories of the liner components as well as for parts of angulardisplacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration curve, verified the stability and reliability of the agency.
