Study On Production Quality Improvement Of Carton Packaging Of WB Company

With the development of beer production process, beer quality stability is no longer aproblem for most beer factories. As long as they execute the production process strictly inaccordance with standard, they can produce qualified products. However, due to wide range,multiple factors and inspection difficulty, packing quality has become a troublesome issue forbeer factories. Packing is unstable, unable to achieve process monitoring artificially. Thereare many factors that affect the quality. Even spot inspection meets the requirement, qualityis still impacted by the transport and storage of environmental.The high unqualified rate urged WB to improve production efficiency and qualificationrate by improve stability of carton packing.This paper studied on WB Company’s carton packing system, and designed a packingquality improving plan base on the analysis of key factors and WB’s quality management.During the analysis process and implementation process, this study used cause and effectdiagram, check lists, statistical analysis of categorical data. This article compared andevaluated the effect of the quality improvement plan from three aspects: packing quality,production efficiency and economic cost. The results were expected to offer references forWB Company’s packing system improving, as well as packing industry.
