Brassica Campestris L. is a variant of cruciferous cabbage. Rape bee pollen is collectedCanola pollen by bees, and joined the nectar and bee saliva, then after processing into a ballof pollen. Bee pollen is excellent biologically active ingredient, is a natural and health food. Alot of literature report that rape bee pollen hafe effects of immunity enhancement, Anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and delaying senescence.In this paper, rape bee pollen is used as research material, this project conducted apreliminary study on aqueous extract of its active ingredients and composition.(1)After the rape bee pollen is shattered, then use ethanol solution of85%todegrease. The precipitation is extracted by hot water at60degrees Celsius and the aqueousextraction of bee pollen is got. The aqueous extraction of bee pollen is precipitated withethanol solution of95%, The alcohol-precipitation and alcohol-solute is got.Immunocompromised model of mouse by cyclophosphamide are used to study the activity onimprove immunity, the results show that, at a dose of200mg/kg, the alcohol-precipitation cansignificantly improve the thymus weight (P <0.05), thymus index (P <0.05) and spleen weight(P <0.05);the alcohol-solute can significantly improve the thymus weight (P <0.05), thymusindex (P <0.05), spleen weight (P <0.05) and spleen index (P <0.05).Aging model of mouseby D-galactose are used to study the activity on antioxidant, the results show that, at a dose of200mg/kg, the alcohol-precipitation can significantly reduce the brain MAO activity(P <0.05)and significantly increase liver SOD activity (P <0.05);the alcohol-solute Can significantlyreduce the liver MDA content (P <0.05).(2) Based on the preceding results, AB-8macroporous resin, MCI-GEL and ODS columnare used to separate active ingredients from alcohol-solute part. Three monomers are got andthey are called Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ. They are elucidated by NMR,the results are that Ⅰis Guanosinehydrate, Ⅱ is Adenine and Ⅲ is2’-Deoxycytidine. Three compounds ae isolated from rapebee pollen for the first time, Adenine and2’-Deoxycytidine are first reported in the study ofrape bee pollen.(3) The active ingredients from alcohol-precipitation are separated by AB-8macroporousresin column, MCI-gel column, DEAE-cellulose gel column, HW-55F column, SephacrylS-400column and Sephadex G-100column. It is identified by NMR, a rare polysaccharide isgot and as shown below.
