The anti-constipation effect and the process of chewable tablet of rape bee pollen was studied in this paper. Three forms including bee pollen, wall-broken bee pollen, bee pollen extraction were chosen to compare their anti-constipation effect. The relationship between the effect of anti constipation and the amount of bee pollen was also studied. The product of chewable tablet was made from bee pollen, honey and microcrystalline cellulose. according to the results of animal experiments. The results were concluded as followed:1.For constipation model, Diphenoxylate was used to study the effect of the bee pollen, broken-wall bee pollen and its extraction. The time of first black dejecta and dejecta number in 6h, water content of dejecta, the amount of T-SOD, NO of serum were observed. Results of bee pollen, wall-broken bee pollen and its extraction were as followed:constipation was decreased when bee pollen(10g/kg/d) was fed to mice. The time of first black dejecta in the model group was228.22±43.54(min)and dejecta number in 6h was 10±1.97, water content was1.98±0.01(%), transit length in the small intestinal was23 ±4.8(%), which was significantly different from the group of bee pollen, the wall-broken bee pollen and the extraction, While the wall-broken bee pollen was best considering the result of histological analysis and the serum result.2.The wall-broken bee pollen was chosen in this chapter, three groups including high dose15g/kg/d, medium dose10g/kg/d and low dose3g/kg/d were set to research the relationship between the anti-constipation effect and the amount of bee pollen. The time of first black dejecta and dejecta number in 6h, water content of dejecta, the amount of T-SOD, NO of serum were observed. Compared with the model group:the high dose group and the medium dose group can significantly improve the the length of ink in the small intestinal, shorten the time of first black dejecta, increase the dejecta number, water content and the amount of SOD. Decrease the amount of and NO. The results of low dose group were not significantly different from the constipation model.3.Formula of bee pollen chewable tablet was studied by the orthogonal experiments with four factors and three levels, the hardness, ratio of briquetting, sensory evaluation were observed. The optimum formula was as followed:bee pollen 35%, honey 5%, microcrystalline cellulose 4%, mannito 14%, xylito 16%, citric acid 0.5%. The effect of drying temperature and time was also observed, the temperature of 55? and the time of 1h were optimum.
