Molecular imprinting techniques are very attractive as its specific recognition sitesand easily molded in synthetic polymer networks, and showed wide application prospectin Many fields such as biology, medicine, environmental science. Experiments selectedrepresentative pollutants benzene content for the target analyte, through filling fiber instainless needle-type extraction device to control the whole amount and distribution of thepolymer, prepared the high mechanical strength and good reproducibility benzoic acidmolecular imprinted monolithic needle-type extraction device.The experiment includes two parts:part one: Filaments were packed longitudinally into stainless needle and then thebenzoic acid molecular imprinted polymers were prepared by using in situ polymerization,With gas chromatography coupled, the effects of adding fiber quantity, polymer solutionproportion, polymerization temperature and polymerization time on the monolithic columnpermeability and selectivity has been studied, and optimum process parameters for gettingthe best adsorption of benzene. As well as chromatographic analysis condition: desorptiontemperature, desorption time and the volume of N2. The chromatographic detection resultsshow that the fiber packed number as60, that the optimal the proportion of templatemolecule, functional monomer and cross-linker ratio is1:4:15, the ratio of solvent mixtureof toluene and dodecanol is1:12.5, polymerization temperature is50℃,and the reactiontime is about20hours, we getting the best adsorption of benzene. And when thedesorption temperature is220℃,desorption time is6s, the volume of N2is1.0mL, wegetting the highest desorption.The second part is based on the first part, the fiber packed molecular imprintedneedle-type extraction device is coupled with gas chromatography using benzene selectiveability detection. The Results showed that the60filaments packed extraction needledevice with the effective extraction and good permeability, and even a good selectivity ofBTEX from gasoline samples, Then the storage loss rate of BTEX is stable within20%,and the service life of the needle can reach60times, extraction effect was stable, relativestandard deviation is between2%to10%.
