With the intensification of global climate change, low-carbon economy more and more people have paid attention. As one of the economic models which have the potential of low carbon, e-commerce has been researched and developed constantly. With the growth of e-commerce business rapidly, many non-environmental phenomenon have emerged in the e-commerce, which mainly lead to high carbon emissions by the excessive consumption for energy and materials.According to the research and analysis for the situation of China’s e-commerce logistics system, the paper summarized the theoretical framework of the e-commerce logistics system. From the view of the dynamic systems (SD) the paper analyzed the correlations among the carbon emissions, the economic, the social and the environmental systems, and established a SD model of the e-commerce logistics in which carbon dioxide was the mainly statistical indicator. Based on the actual statistics and the model, the amount of carbon emissions has been calculated, and the different strategies of reducing the carbon emissions, which include increasing investment, reducing unit energy consumption, reducing emission fectors and changing the proportion of system structure, has been simulated and estimated. From the results of the simulations, the paper proposed the several reasonable strategies about the low-carbon development of the e-commerce logistics for the transportation and the packaging. The results show that the SD model for calculating carbon emissions of the e-commerce logistics system is very feasibility and accuracy, which can be used to reflect the actual carbon emissions. The main carbon emissions come from transportation and the carbon emissions links package contribute more than24.6%of the totaL From the analysis for the results of the simulation with the method of SD, in order to effectively control and reduce carbon emissions in the E-commerce logistics, the proportion of rail in the transportation need to be increased moderately, energy structure need optimize and power consumption mode in tonne-kilometers must be reduced. In addition, packaging sectors should increase the amount of recycled waste packaging and improve packaging waste recycling system.
