Cellulose is abundant renewable resources in the nature of organic matter, low price、green environmental protection. With cellulose as raw material preparation of cellulose membrane widely used.In this paper, cellulose were extracted from the straw、the sugarcane bagas-se and the wood pulp by acid-alkali method,the [Amim]C1ionic liquid was synthesized by the preparation method of the literature.First,1-Ally-3-methylim idazolium chloride ([Amim]C1) ionic liquid and microcrystalline cellulose were adopted to prepare the regenerated cellulose membrane by tape casting metho-d,the preparation precedures of cellulose membrane were optimized. The prepar-ing conditions of the cellulose membranes were optimized by the orthogonal and signal factor experiments.The results are as follows:4.0%of the mass content of the cellulose, solution temperature was75℃,lysis time was3h,0%of the mass content of the lignin,degree of polymerization is168,film forming temperature was25℃. Second, sugarcane baggage cellulose、straw cellulose and wood pulp cellulose were adopted to prepare the corresponding regenerated cellulose membrane under the optimum conditions.The physic chemical properties of the regenerated microcrystalline cellulose membrane were studied, and a compara-tive study of cellulose membranes about sugarcane baggage cellulose membran e、straw cellulose membrane and wood pulp membrane cellulose was carried out. The physical properties of the prepared cellulose membranes were studied by a series of measurgin methods such as SEM, FTIR, XRD,TGA and so on. The results show that four kinds of cellulose membrane are structure density bagasse cellulose membranes,surface is smooth,the straw cellulose membrane-e’s surface is smoothness;bagasse cellulose membrane mechanical properties is the best,the average tensile is139MPa,mechanical properties of straw cellulose membrane is the worst,the average tensile is128MPa;four kinds of cellulose membrane decomposition temperature is above250℃,but bagasse cellulose membrane’s is highest; four kinds of cellulose membrane after alkali and acid treatment, the average tensile are all above120MPa; that shows they have good acid and alkali; four kinds of cellulose membrane dissolved before and after the regeneration,cellulose I crystal shape turn to by cellulose Ⅱ, crystallinity redu-ced. To sum up, in this paper,a good mechanical performance、good acid and alkali of the regenerated cellulose membrane had been preparated. The compreh-ensive performance of bagasse cellulose membrane is best, and bagasse cellul-ose source is rich, price is the cheapest,the bagasse cellulose replace other cellulosesto preparat regeneration cellulose membranes have important guiding significance. At last,the ionic liquid were recovered and recycled.In order to reducing consumption and the pollution of the environment,the ionic liquid were recovered by rotary steaming,and the recovered ionic liquid were recycled.And the recovered ionic liquid were charac terized and analyzed by means of1HNMR and FTIR,the results showed that the performance of the recovered ionic liquid was well, and the recovered ionic liquid has high purity.And the recovered ionic liquid were adopted to prepare the regenerated microcrystalline cellulose membranes,and the cellulose membranes were the same as the product by the fresh ionic liquid.
