This study through a new manufacturing process to obtain ultrafine milliseconds, and then test its key performance parameters. Identifying the most important factor affecting the delay precision detonators by orthogonal experiments, thus optimizing formulations to expect to get a better precision detonator recipe. Through the ultrafine particle size of drug testing and the delay in seconds volume testing, analysis presents a method to improve the accuracy of delay detonator, and experimental verification of ultrafine drug delayed by technical feasibility detonator postponed postponed improve accuracy in milliseconds, and get the following conclusions:(1) In this study, using high-speed access to ultra-fine powder grinding machine delay composition particle size is very small, which is conducive to improve combustion speed, however, in the absence of selenium powder case, the high burning rate but can not guarantee its combustion stability. So, superfine millisecond delay composition containing selenium powder can burn fast and stable, very beneficial to improve the accuracy of the detonator.;(2) The final particle size of ultrafine millisecond delay coposition is related to grinding medium and time, in a certain time range, and the same Grinding medium, the longer the grinding time, the smaller the particle size resulting product, but once the latter grinding, grinding efficiency and effectiveness, but are not as good as or after the time when a certain degree, even then grinding, the particle size of the product will not be much change in the basic tends to be constant. Therefore, in large part, determine the ultimate particle size of Grinding medium delay composition, and the grinding time is mainly related to the grinding efficiency;(3) Due to the small size of the Superfine milliseconds delay coposition, so the distance between the particles is small, of course, the air in the air extension of the body is relatively less, although hygroscopic, but the water has decreased overall, it can effectively prevent vibration combustion and second volume drift. Therefore, an extension of time stability, high precision extension, good storage performance of the delay coposition;(4) In this study, we break the traditional methods to obain delay coposition, Proposing a new manufacturing process of producting delay composition. This manufacturing process takes a short, high efficiency, and its efficiency is mixed medicine4-12times the existing delay drug manufacturing process.
