With the rapid development of the information age, computer-aided qualitysystem (CAQ) is increasingly being valued. Computer-aided quality design systemis one of the hottest issues at home and abroad in industrial and academic research.In today’s society, quality of products has become the core competitiveness ofenterprises, and the essence of competition among enterprises is the competition ofproduct quality. Quality of products determines the survival and development ofenterprises, and it is also the key issues to enter the international market. With theapplication of computer software in quality management and the development ofquality design methods, concepts and methods of quality management need to befurther improved.This paper studied computer-aided tolerances design, and proposed statisticaltolerance design ideas and applications which can achieve geometric precisionproduct design, processing, overall planning of control and system design,developed an independent Computer aided dimensional chain simple solver system.Secondly, on the basis of in-depth study of statistical process control techniques,thispaper carried on grinding active measure and control instrument to expand itsfunction---components’ quality statistical functions’ research; this paper introducesthe grinding active measure instrument’s statistics function in expeditating process,the research results to improve and enrich the existing mill for grinding activemeasure instrument’s function, and promote the development of active measurementtechnique has important theoretical and practical value.The main of this paper’swork as following:(1) GPS-based statistical tolerance design ideas and solutions researchOn the basis of the quality target of statistical tolerance systems theory,probability theory and mathematical statistics and optimization methods as means ofproposed GPS-based statistical tolerance design ideas and applications. The newdesign ideas’ object is maximize the technical and economic benefits under thepursuit of excellent quality, and strengthen the statistical tolerance design connotation which is based on GPS: first quality the design of the product, proposethe requirements of the product quality, determine the level of product quality,optimizing the main performance parameters and components’ tolerance value,determine a reasonable indicator of quality; followed by design and optimizedetection scheme in the process of processing and inspection, determine theacceptance of the principle of the workpiece inspection, acceptance limits andmeasurement instruments, as well as process quality control strategies and methods.Proposed statistical tolerance design ideas and applications can achieve overallplanning and system design geometric precision product design, processing, testingand acceptance and control.(2) Computer-aided process dimension chain solver technology research whichbased on statistical toleranceThis paper will do research and discussion of the key technologies ofcomputer-aided process dimension chain solver from two aspects that arecomputer-aided processes dimension solver and compare its differences amongsolver methods, and finally develop an independent Computer aided dimensionalchain simple solver system. Users can choose different methods of dimensionalchain calculation according to their desire. And the following are methods: extrememethod, probabilistic method or Monte Carlo method, which has goodhuman-computer interaction.(3) Analysis and Research for the quality component batches process qualityinspection indexIn order to solve the statistical tolerance, quality control, parallel design issuesand a variety of statistical parameters of quality indicators better, Now it is based onthe theory of statistical tolerance techniques, using SPC technology research whilebuilding component batches statistical quality indicators, and finally throughcomputer simulation statistical indicators of quality test verification and analysis,verify the correctness of the theory of statistical quality indicators establishedmethods.(4) Research and Application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniquesOn the basis of in-depth study of statistical process control techniques,this paper conducted grinding active measurement and control instrument to expandfunctionality----component quality statistics research and development; focused onsolving how statistics normality determination process and how to determinewhether the steady-state statistical steady and technical issues, thus enrich theexisting grinding active meter functions; combined Sanmenxia Zhongyuan precisionCo. production data were measured the system testing and validation.In conclusion, this topic of research and results has important significance inthe development of accelerating manufacturing information technology andpromoting enterprise implementation of total quality management. Besides, theresearch results to improve and enrich the existing mill for grinding active measureinstrument’s function, and promote the development of active measurementtechnique has important theoretical and practical value.
