Research And Application Of SMT Printing Process Quality Control System Based On Statistical Process Control

SMT(Surface Mount Technology)has a high degree of automation and reliability in Surface Mount Technology,which is widely used in electronic information manufacturing industry.Solder paste printing is the first process of SMT production line.According to statistics,the defects in SMT production line of over 70 are related to the quality control of solder paste printing process.Therefore,the quality control research of printing links is very important.Thesis combines state intelligent manufacturing special "new model" intelligent mobile terminal board manufacturing,SMT solder paste printing process as object,study its quality control method,the design and development of printing process quality control system,aimed at the quality control of SMT printing process is an effective solution.Firstly,the paper introduces the surface mount technology and SMT production line process,and establishes the important position of the solder paste printing process in the whole SMT.The main defects of the printing process were analyzed and the causes of the formation of these defects,we need to control the process quality parameters,these parameters for the nested analysis and correlation analysis,process parameter quality control scheme is presented according to these features.Secondly,according to quality control scheme,the printing process is suitable for SMT calculation method of the nested control charts on the lower limit,lower limit on multivariate control chart method,multivariate case of process capability indices calculation method,and studied in combination with nested control chart principle and the comprehensive control diagram of the principle of multivariate control chart and the calculation method of minimum for system development provides a theoretical basis.Finally,combining with the actual needs of SMT solder paste printing process quality control,design and develop a set of SMT printing process quality control system,and combining the preliminary application of printing process quality control for the instance analysis.
