Abstract/Summary:
Because of persistent fog and haze weather, PM2.5gets more and moreattention from the public and the government. Due to its structural features, PM2.5will cause not only harm to human health, but also lots of environmental problems,therefore, the control of PM2.5concentrations in indoor environment graduallybecomes research hotspot in the fields of HVAC and environmental sciences.The test results of PM2.5and PM10concentration in inside and outside ofdormitory, residence and office in different seasons show that, PM2.5indoorconcentration in China’s urban construction exceeds standard seriously, and theexisting air-conditioning equipment doesn’t have significant effect on PM2.5filtration.Combining existing PM2.5concentration standards of different countries/organizations and PM2.5concentration limit value in "Ambient Air QualityStandards" promulgated by China in2012, the testing standard of indoor PM2.5, aswell as present status of the concentration of indoor PM2.5in China, this paperdiscusses and explores the standard concentration of PM2.5specified in "Indoor AirQuality Standard".And it will provides a clear goal and a standard for controling andmonitoring the concentration of indoor PM2.5.In this paper, by analyzing the formation mechanism, indoor sources of PM2.5and characteristics of its major pollution sources, also provides the prediction modelof PM2.5indoor concentration based on the mass balance principle and multiplelinear regression equation to estimate the pollution levels of PM2.5in indoorenvironment, and also offers specific strategies in controlling PM2.5indoorconcentration of different kinds of constructions through methods of reducing oreliminating pollution sources of indoor PM2.5, controlling PM2.5transmissionquantity from outdoor to indoor and purification of indoor air.In the end, by means of numberical simulation of indoor PM2.5concentrationdistribution based on the data of PM2.5concentration and air quantity of each air vent in the office, and simulating indoor PM2.5concentration distribution after addingfilter to air-conditioning system by changing PM2.5concentration of inlets and outletin room. This paper lays a certain foundation for further study of indoor PM2.5concentration influencing factors and controlling strategies.
