In the process of urbanization,the construction industry,as a pillar industry in China,has a large number of grassroots workers.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the occupational safety and health of construction workers for the modernization of socialism.Based on the existing review,construction site investigations and dusty work process at the construction site,This paper introduced the basic characteristics of fluid and particles,analyzed the simulation method of dust particle transport in the specific process,explored the distribution of dust particle concentration in the working space under three different working conditions,made a quantitative analysis aboutconcentration variety regulation on L1(Z=0.8m)and L2(Z=1.4m),and provided guidance for labor protection.The main content of this article are as follows:Firstly,the basic characteristics of dust particles were introduced: it mainly includes the characteristics,hazards,and movement of dust,and points out that the hazards of dust are mainly to the human body,the production,and the environment;in order to meet the simulation conditions,the movement model of dust particles was analyzed.Secondly,determination of dusty work process in construction industry and analysis of sample data: The classification of dusty work process in the construction industry was confirmed through field research and expert argumentation;using the method of sample collection and data analysis,the concentration distribution of dust in dusty work process of the construction industry was demonstrated;through the analysis of dust suppression measures and the status of labor protection in the sample collection site,the labor protection were discussed and recommended according to relevant industry standardsThirdly,the theoretical knowledge of numerical simulation were described: the basic characteristics of fluids and particles and the control equations of fluid flow were explained;the selection of physical models and its principal were determined;based on the actual measurement conditions and data on the site,the geometric model were established,the grid were divided,and the relevant simulation parameters were determined;This part provided a reliable theoretical guarantee for the next simulation.Fourthly,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the simulation for specific processes under different conditions;by CFD numerical simulation method,the airflow velocity distribution and concentration distribution of dust particles under rock drilling conditions were simulated;three conditions of different ambient wind speed,different dust particle densities and different ground conditions were designed;Tecplot was used to make qualitative and quantitative analysis of concentration distribution for dust particles;the movement of dust particles under different conditions was explored;scientific guidance for control technologies were suggested further.
