This paper in a lot of research based on literature, the aggravation of Haiwaihe oilfieldHai1Block water conflicts, conventional water flooding effect gradually becomes poor, wellshowed the liquid producing low, high water cut is studied. For the first time a weak gelperformance evaluation index system, evaluation of indoor experiment based on the Hai1Block of field application of weak gel formulation, the formulation of weak gel system hasgood stability, good temperature resistance, stratum adaptability, shear resistance, pluggingperformance and abrasion resistance. Through the analysis, the weak gel strength mainlydepends on the polymer concentration and crosslinking agent concentration, but not thebigger the better, the construction conditions, injection by many factors, such as theconditions of reaction rate.Through the development of weak gel method of detection and evaluation andoptimization decision technology, to get the final decision results: well chosen Hai1Blockthe current implementation of the weak gel flooding in10wells is reasonable. The totalamount of software design to Hai1Block of10wells injecting gel into402442m3. Predictionof total10wells oil increment is42378.8t. Discusses the weak gel injection controltechnology in the process, sand filling tube parallel core experiments show that, should beselected water about70%blocks of weak gel flooding. Weak gel strength is an importantfactor affecting flooding effects. Weak gel formula should be dynamic, adjustable, at the siteof injection allocation process, if the injection pressure has been low, should be added to thepolymer concentration. The weak increase faster injection pressure, should be appropriate toreduce the concentration of injected. In the weak gel flooding in the practice, climbingpressure should be controlled below6MPa, in order to guarantee the normal production ofsubsequent water flooding.According to Hai1Block reservoir characteristics, design of plane model of physicalsimulation experiment, the sand filling model and the etching model of visual graph analysisof weak gel flooding mechanism, the main tone combining literature research that weak gelflooding mechanism of weak gel selective access to the large pore path; weak gel to liquidflow to change the weak gel; narrow pore throat flooding, the residual oil and the formation ofoil accumulation wall; weak gel visco elastic negative pressure suction. Through theexperimental study, the weak gel system can greatly reduce the residual oil saturation of waterpermeability in porous media, and the bound water condition has little effect on oil phasepermeability. Flooding two kinds of oil displacement of oil flooding weak gel flooding by nanomicrosphere flooding and surfactant. The experimental results show that, the Hai1Block ofweak gel flooding, nano microsphere system, can further enhance the recovery rate of9.63%-10.72%; the use of alkali/surfactant flooding system, can further improve therecovery13.61%-18.32%.Through this research, for the improvement of Haiwaihe oilfield flooding effect of weakgel oil field, realize long-term stable and greatly improve the recovery rate, has the vitalsignificance.
