Research On Renewal Decision Making Of Pumping Units Of Liaohe Oilfield

As important parts of enterprise assets, equipments are one of foundations of production. Traditionally, technical management is emphasized on in equipment management. Meanwhile, initial investment is focused on in decision making methods to achieve less investment and fast benefit. For dealing with complex issues, it is lack of scientific rationality, that will lead to the deviation from the best time of the equipment update, or after the implementation of updating, the effect of the project is not satisfactory, that result in economic losses. In order to improve this issue, the theory of economic life is applied to the update decision-making in the thesis, and study the update decision-making of the pumping units on the basis of it. It provides a quantitative basis for decision-making from the economic point of view for managers. It makes the decision-making more integrated, realistic and scientific.The equipment maintenance theory, Life Cycle Cost theory and economic life of equipment are studied. The current situation of the pumping units of Liaohe oilfield are analyzed to identify the existing problems.The economic life of pumping units is calculated to solve the problem of pumping units' decision-making. The results are analyzed to discuss the timing of pumping updates, and five different update schemes are constructed, and two update schemes are analyzed.The pumping units update schemes are evaluated. Combined with the characteristics of the pumping units, the average annual total cost in the life is calculated to evaluate the pumping units update scheme. The results are compared to get the best update scheme.
