As a river with multiple sources of drinking water, the water quality of theYellow River is particularly important. By means of the evaluation of the waterquality of the Yellow River main stream drinking water sources, it can providescientific reference for the protection and utilization of drinking water sources of theYellow River basin, help researchers grasp the water quality of the Yellow River basindrinking water sources, lay the foundations of the study of developments and trends ofthe Yellow River Basin drinking water sources, and also provide a scientific basis forthe future formulation of national or local standards of environmental laws andregulations and environmental management regulations.This study selects the Yellow River sources of drinking water to evaluate todetermine evaluation parameters of the sources of drinking water of the Yellow Riverby obtaining relevant information, and selects a combination of empowerment fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to establish the water quality evaluation model ofthe Yellow River source of drinking water. The main contents and conclusions of theresearch are as follows:(1)Collecting the Yellow River basin15of information and data sources ofdrinking water which include the New Town bridge section of Lanzhou in GansuProvince, Water River drawbridge section of Baiyin in Gansu Province, NingxiaShizuishan Shizuishan section, Zhaojun Tomb section,painter camp section andstirrup mouth section of Baotou in Inner Mongolia area, Toudaoguai section of JungarBanner in Inner Mongolia area. Wanjiazhai Reservoir section of Pianguan County inShanxi Province, section of the Sanmenxia highway bridge of Sanmenxia in HenanProvince, Huayuankou section of Zhengzhou in Henan Province, Kaifeng bridgesections of Kaifeng in Henan Province, Gao village section of Dongming County inShandong Province, Luokou section of Jinan in Shandong Province, Binzhou section of Binzhou in Shandong Province, and Lijin section of Lijin Conuty in ShandongProvince. By water resources communications and date of relevant literaturesummarized, combining relevant theoretical studies to determine the Yellow Riverbasin sources of drinking water evaluation parameters.(2) Through a comprehensive comparative analysis of the results and research ofthe use of domestic water quality evaluation, comprehensively analysis theadvantages and disadvantages of each quality evaluation model, based on this, a newfuzzy comprehensive evaluation model a combination of empowerment fuzzycomprehensive evaluation is created, based on fuzzy math, which can not only betterreflect the ambiguity of the evaluation, but also for quantitative indicators also reflectsthe objectivity. Weights are determined by the combination of qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis, and taking subjective and objective factors of evaluation intoaccount to improve the accuracy of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results.(3) In the determined combination of empowerment fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method, we make a water quality evaluation of sources of drinking waterof the main stream of the Yellow River, the evaluation results indicate:a. In terms of determing the weights in combination of empowerment fuzzycomprehensive evaluation, to better reflect the actual situation and avoid the bias ofthe evaluation results, the paper use combination of subjective and objective methodto determine the weights, which combines AHP and entropy method to result weightsof each evaluation index, making the results of evaluation more accurate, reasonableand effective.b. When we make a comprehensive evaluation of water quality by the means ofcombination of empowerment fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, to avoid theevaluation results difficult to distinguish because of too many evaluation indexs,choice the weighted average type instead of common taking big or small algorithm toevaluate water quality, and achieved good effect of evaluation.c. When we make a analysis of the evaluation results by the means ofcombination of empowerment fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, in order to make theresults more satisfactory, using the weighted average method instead of maximummembership degree principle method.d. In the evaluation water quality sources of drinking water in combination ofempowerment fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the model showed good science andeffectiveness, and provided scientific and feasible evaluation method for theevaluation of sources of drinking water quality. (4)The evaluating results are according basically with the conclusion in thebulletin named the water resource quality situation of provincial boundaries andimportant at Yellow River basin, and the accuracy rate reach97.11%, eventually,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on combined weighs model can be applied toevaluate water quality properly.(5)The paper analysis the trend of evaluating results at every sections in2011,2012and first half year of2013, finding the reason of worse water qualityand offering reasonable proposals.
