As the improvement of tertiary oil recovery technology, Daqing oil field has formed amatching technology for polymer flooding, asp flooding injection allocation and producedliquid treatment. At the same time, Poly-surfactant flooding has been applied to some of thePoly-surfactant flooding industrial field test. The result show that, in the aspect of decreasewater and increase oil.The effect of poly-surfactant flooding is more noticeable. Comparedwith polymer flooding and asp flooding produced fluid, settling time of Poly-surfactantflooding produced liquid is longer, dehydrated electricity is higher, and it is more difficult todeal with. In order to make oil field ground facilities be able to deal effectively withpoly-surfactant flooding produced liquid, It is necessary to carry out lots of research andexperimental work. Improve the technology which deal with poly-surfactant floodingproduced liquid.Therefore, this article samplings crude oil、sewage and type X poly table agent from thepoly table test station, Xing Erxi, Daqing4th Oil Production to simulate the extraction fluid.Systematically study and evaluation the stable mechanism of type X poly table floodingproduced liquid、test settling character and dehydration parameters of the sample indoor,meanwhile study the electrochemical properties of emulsion. The addition of concentration ofpoly table agent causes particle size of the dispersed phase of emulsion decreases, TSI valuedecrease, oil/water interfacial tension decreases, zeta potential becomes lower, all theseevidences prove that the stability of emulsion increases as the concentration of poly tableagent increases; In settling dehydration experiment, reduct concentration of type X polymersurfactant、increase the dehydration temperature and mix the demulsifier4which is refinedfrom field test, all these methods can significantly decrease the water content in oil ofextraction fluid NO.4demulsifier was added200mg/L to reduce emulsification, Waterquality can be achieved industry requirements after30minutes. Electric dehydration studiesshow that reduce the concentration of polymer surfactant,increase the dehydrationtemperature and mix the demulsifier4which is refined from field test, all these methods cansignificantly decrease dehydration current, shorter treatment time, decrease the difficulty ofelectric dehydration. But the impact of moisture content is greater than the influence oftemperature.
