Electric dehydration of crude oil is the most important part of oilfieldexploitation. With the application of the three oil producing technique, theproblems in electric dehydration of crude oil such as the higher controllingcurrent, the unstabitily of high-voltage electric field, the low efficiency ofdehydration are appeared. In order to solve the problems discussed above,domestic oil field adopted the supply power with different type of voltage forelectric dehydration, but the efficiency and theory of electric dehydration ofcrude oil are unknown. In order to analysis how different type of voltage effectsthe efficiency of electric dehydration of crude oil, experimental system ofemulsion electric dehydration is established in the laboratory, and electricdehydration of crude oil emulsion are well studied.The main research contents in this dissertation are as follows:Firstly, by reviewing the literature of electric dehydration of crude oil, thecurrent state of research and development tendency of electric dehydration ofcrude oil are comprehensively summarized and analized. Experimental system ofemulsion electric dehydration is designed, and overall solution of system isintroduced. In addition, the methods of establishing electric field of dehydration,deployment of emulsion and realizing the constant temperature controlling aregiven in detail. Secondly, the scheme of power supply is introduced which isadopted structure of single voltage regulation, rectifier and full bridge inverter.Besides, take the CPLD for realizing the phase-shifted trigger and invert control,and use Pspice to simulate the main circuit. The simulation results meet thedemand of design. Thirdly, the data acquisition system which includes dataacquisition, valve controlling and communication with computer using Labviewis introduced, and realizes controlling of system temperature and the datawaveform display in the procession of electric dehydration. Lastly, experimental system of emulsion electric dehydration is debugging and the experimentalresearch of electric dehydration is accomplished. The results show that thesystem of electric dehydration meets the demand of design. Additionally, thedehydration effect of pulse electric field is better than that of DC and AC electricfield, and the high electric field strength results in breakup of water-drop ofemulsion.The research results have instructive significance to improve the presentpower supply for the electric dehydration and enhance the efficiency of electricdehydration.
