The Study On Evaluation Of City Human Settlements Quality In Kaifeng

As a regional political, economic and cultural center, developed transport infrastructureimprovement, the city has obvious advantages, more and more farmers choose to urbanemployment, housing. With the large number of farmers coming into cities, the rapid pace ofurbanization in China, the blind expansion of the city and the pursuit of economic efficiency,resulting in city traffic, environment, living space and other resources so that the traffic,environment, urban living space and other resources, an unprecedented impact, economic levelraised while living environment of the city is severely threatened, and how to create a beautifulliving environment is becoming a hot topic discussed by many experts and scholars. With theimplementation of the strategy of sustainable development and the new urbanization proposed,building a harmonious living environment has become an important goal of urban development.Urban living environment quality evaluation is an important part of environmentalstudies of urban human settlements, through the evaluation of the quality of urban livingenvironment of human settlements, we can understand the status of urban environmentaldevelopment and existing problems, propose recommendations to improve urban livingenvironment. The urban living environment quality evaluation at home and abroad on the theoryand practice have made a lot of research, about the method of urban human settlementsenvironment evaluation is used mostly subjective or objective single research method, and most ofthe study area are more economically developed cities, the general urban studies on economicgrowth is less. Based on the general economic development of the city as an example, this paper tries to use the combination of subjective and objective research methods, namely in the form of asubjective questionnaire and to establish an objective index system combine to make the analysismore scientific conclusions.(1) Taking Kaifeng city as an example, combined with the actual, summarizes thehuman settlement environment research progress at home and abroad, this paper expounds theliving environment and the connotation of urban human settlements environment, analyzes thetheoretical basis of urban human settlements environment, and introduces the research methods ofthis article.(2) Based on the previous build the foundation of urban human settlement environmentsatisfaction evaluation index system, in accordance with the principles of scientific, polite,representativeness, select the five-level indicators (public safety, the environment pleasant degree,convenient living degree, the degree of economic development, resource carrying degrees) and21secondary indicators constructed Kaifeng urban living environment satisfaction evaluation indexsystem, for Kaifeng the five districts (Yuwangtai District, Shunhehuizu District, Jinming District,Longting District, Gulou District) proportionally distributed living environment satisfactionquestionnaire. Using the Delphi method to calculate weights and using fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to calculate fuzzy overall evaluation of the living environment of each district.Studies have shown that, under the principle of maximum degree of the five districts of Kaifengthe living environment are in general satisfaction levels. If the percentage of very satisfied andquite satisfied as a further comparison of the standard: can be drawn, Yuwangtai District is34.64percent, Shunhehuizu District is43.12percent, Jinming District is46.80%, Long ting District is41.21percent, Gulou District is37.79percent. (3) According to previous experience of the urban environment construction levelevaluation system built, constructed this paper’s urban living environment building levelevaluation system, including the five-level indicators (social security degrees, pleasantenvironment of the living comfort degree, the degree of economic development and resourcecarrying degrees) and28secondary indicators, using principal component analysis of Zhengzhou,Kaifeng, Luoyang nearly a decade (2002to2011) of urban living environment construction levelcomprehensive evaluation, research shows: nearly a decade of human settlements level of thebuilding of Kaifeng is constantly improved, but slow; human living environment constructionlevel of Zhengzhou is much higher than Kaifeng, Luoyang except in2011; human livingenvironment construction level of Luoyang in2004slightly lower than before in Kaifeng, but after2005has been on the opening, through Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang city human settlementsconstruction of three levels of horizontal and vertical comparison, Kaifeng in economicdevelopment, social security is relatively backward, require further strengthen the construction.(4)Through analyzing three cities of Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang urban humanenvironment construction level of horizontal and vertical comparison, Kaifeng is relativelybackward in economic development, social security, it needs to further strengthen the constructionin this area.Finally, this paper summarizes the main conclusions, discusses innovations andinadequacies of the article...
