LD0.5type mining truck car is apply to mining operation in narrow space of small and medium-sized mines hole, and the completion of the ore, basic equipment transport, that plays an important role in the operation of underground ore transport. According to the operational requirements of mining truck car should working in a narrow space, this paper determine the mechanical structure and hydraulic driving system scheme of the car, and analyzes the mining truck car’s system characteristics of dynamics, kinematics, hydraulic in narrow space operations. The main research works of this paper include the following aspects:(1) This paper analyzed the working conditions of mining truck car, established the three-dimensional model of car body structure, and studied its tire ground load characteristics. Through which we obtained the operating conditions of mining truck car in a narrow space. At the same time, by using the dynamics simulation software ADAMS, this paper established three-dimensional dynamic model of mining truck car.(2) In this paper, we proposed the scheme of mining truck car hydraulic driving system, and established the mathematical model of hydraulic walking system. Also the hydraulic system simulation model was build by AMESim, and by analyzed it, we discussed its working characteristics.(3) In order to establish the combined simulation model of mining truck car’s running system and analyzed the kinematics, dynamics and dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system when mining truck car operated in narrow space, the interface between ADAMS and AMESim was set up. Through this model, we studied the impact of steering speed, tire parameters, load on the mining truck car’s steering performance, as well as the barriers and gully road facing the influence of linear walking performance. The result verified the rationality of the above theoretical analysis and design.(4) The scene experiment of prototype has done, test results show that the vehicle operation performance meets the requirements, and the simulation results is close to experimental results, which further validate the theory derivation and the vehicle simulation modeling.
