Hydraulic support is the main support equipment in fully mechanized coal mining face. It is widely applied because of its vertical and horizontal stability, strong protective performance, shift speed and the roof rack adaptability and other characteristics, in particular, the promotion and use of some large, heavy hydraulic support make it accounted for more than 85% of the fully mechanized coal mining face equipment’s total weight. the difficulties in hydraulic support transportation is existed in many mines, one of the key technologies in efficient and safe production is the safe and efficient transportation and installation of hydraulic supports. Domestic enterprises developed a new hydraulic rack-mounted vehicles, to solve the traditional low efficiency of transport equipment exists, poor security, high labor intensity, single function and other issues, it is not only to raise the vehicle to achieve the function, but also by the pressure of the fluid hydraulic stent rotate the position.Rotating mechanism is a key mechanism of hydraulic rack-mounted truck transport safety and efficiency, which uses hydraulic pressure to replace human way to achieve rotation seasoning function, the agency improve the practical value of the work efficiency of the underground tunnel transportation and transport equipment.In this paper, the thematic study for rotating mechanism of the new hydraulic rack-mounted vehicles produced by a company is made, especially on the greater partial load problem beared by the rotation mechanism due to the initial position of the hydraulic support and the tilt, slide and other reasons during the installation and transportation of hydraulic support. This paper combines the theoretical analysis, computer simulation and prototype experimental methods in the in-depth research.Based on the finite element method, we obtain critical components of rotating mechanism change clouds in terms ofstress, displacement, factor of safety and other parameters, analyze the structure strength of the rotation mechanism, and verify its legitimacy;Based on ADAMS multibody dynamics simulation technology, this paper simulates the spindle rotation systemof rotating mechanism, obtains its variety law of main performance parameters in different conditions, and determines the most dangerous working conditions;The prototype tests for simulation results, verifies the reliability of the results of computer simulation technology, and proposes feasiblemeasuresfor improving vehicle performance of the device.In this paper, to provides a theoretical basis for the device on the safe use, improve and perfect, has a very important significance, and can be used with similar structure engineering machinery research.
