Energy conservation and consumption reduction have become a matter of global economic development and social progress.This is because people have a deeper understanding and understanding of global energy,energy consumption and environmental pollution.At present,China is shifting from a traditional industrial economy to a circular economy.Petrochemical enterprises have undoubtedly become the mainstay of the national economy,providing energy products to the society as well as high-energy and high-pollution industries.This is helping the country achieve energy-saving goals and There is a critical impact on reducing energy consumption.Continuous reforming unit is one of the largest energy users in refining enterprises,and its comprehensive energy consumption can reach more than 9 times as much as that of ordinary atmospheric and vacuum units.Such a huge energy consumption makes the energy saving and emission reduction of continuous reforming unit become the most urgent problem to be solved in our company and even in major refineries at present.In this paper,the present situation of energy consumption of 600000 ton / year continuous reforming unit in Liaohe Petrochemical Company is analyzed and investigated,and a series of effective measures for energy saving and emission reduction are summarized according to the methods of energy saving and emission reduction of domestic and foreign companies.Adding filtration to the connection between the wet air-cooled connection line and the air-cooled water tank not only ensures the wet controlled cooling and the connection between the wet air-cooled connection and the air-cooled water tank.the service performance of the line is greatly reduced,and unnecessary labor intensity is greatly reduced;the process of the deaerator improves the use period of the heat exchanger,avoids the shutdown treatment due to the leakage,and simultaneously reduces the usage amount of the steam and stabilizes the working condition of the deaerator;The water cooler of the hydrogen purification system is changed in series,although the transformation cost is very low,the effect is very obvious;the investment of the reformed PSA compressor is relatively large,but the energy-saving benefit is remarkable,and the electric quantity saved in one year is almost equivalent to the total investment;The long-term pressure of the deaerator is high due to the reasonable reuse of 0.5MPa steam of the reformer At the same time,a lot of valuable steam resources are saved,and two large machine pumps are saved in the process transformation of xylene tower top,which fully depends on the energy operation of the medium itself.Through the specific implementation of these measures,the continuous reforming device is subjected to corresponding technical transformation and optimization adjustment,which reduces the comprehensive energy consumption of the device,thereby reducing the processing cost of the device.Not only does the installation operate steadily,but the economic benefits and environmental benefits are also very optimistic.
