Safety hedge "six systems" have built up in the whole mines of our country. In addition to safety emergency management, the advanced information technology and system architecture have wider application space. In order to propose more application of the "six systems", the study of production management system based on the "six systems" was carried out, which could make administration and maintenance into everyday production operation and realize the information management of mining enterprise. Analyze and evaluate the management utility of CIMS and the construction level of safety "six systems" by the principle of the increase of entropy and set pair analysis. CIMS production management system based on "six systems", which emphasizes fusion of management thoughts and construction of system, makes the production information highly centralize and raises the whole management level and core competence of an enterprise. Take FanKou Lead Zinc mine, for example. The basic structure of "six systems" mining CIMS was introduced. The main contents and results obtained are as follows.(1) Elaborate the basic thought and theory system of CIMS. Expound the technical connotation, technical characteristics, management functions and application patterns of CIMS in all levels. Make the foundation of CIMS systematic structure and then establish CIMS production management system of mines by means of "six systems" engineering technologies.(2) Analyze mining "six systems" CIMS production management system in its promotion of fine management, flat management and humanistic management. Analyze the relationship between "six systems" CIMS and digital mine. The principle of entropy shows the social economic benefit that CIMS brings.(3) On the basic of the national standards, assess the construction level of "six system" project. Not only reflect the administrator’s attention degree and enterprise’s safety level, but also pave the way for the further application of "six systems". According to the model of comprehensive evaluation, assess the construction level of "six systems" of FanKou Lead Zinc mine.(4) Take FanKou Lead Zinc mine, for example. State that "six systems" are the foundation of CIMS technology roadmap we are studying and setting up. Analyze the technological means and management application of "six systems" CIMS concretely.(5) Combine with the experience and research findings from the design and construction of "six systems". And through investigation, summary the main problems during the construction of "six systems" and give some individual suggestions on them. Elaborate the growth model of mining information construction. To reinforce the further application of "six systems" in future mining production, top-level design of CIMS is strengthened.
