Abstract:At present, the open agitator is always used to mix sludge and drug in the sludge disposal process,but the open agitator need large area and it can’t work continuously and there are waste gas escaped. By contrast,the SK Static Mixture has lower energy while it is more small in size and easy for continous production. So our research group choose SK Static Mixture as the new mixing equipment of sludge and drug. We adopt the numberical simulation combined with experiment validation to study the factors which influences the mixing performance of sludge and drug in SK Static Mixture.The specific work is as follows:Firstly, the geometric model of SK Static Mixture and the mathematic model of mixed fluid of sludge and drug in SK Static Mixture are established after introducing the structure feartures and mixing mechanism ofSK Static Mixture.Secondly, through simulating the mixed fluid of sludge and drug in SK Static Mixture by the hydrodynamics analysis software Fluent based on mixture multiphase model and RNG k-ε turbulence model,we have gotten the interal velocity field, turbulent kinetic energy of the mixed fluid and concentration field of the drug phase,then,we have analyzed the relationship between these fields and the mixing performance of sludge and drug in SK Static Mixture.Thirdly, through simulating the mixed fluid of sludge and drug in SK Static Mixture within different structure parameters,we have gotten the influencing rule between the number of mixing cell, the length-diameter ratio of mixing cell,the thickness of helical vane and the mixing performance of sludge and drug in SK Static Mixture.Fourthly, through simulating the mixed fluid of sludge and drug in SK Static Mixture within different operating parameters,we have gotten the influencing rule between the velocity of sludge, the velocity of drug and the mixing performance of sludge and drug in SK Static Mixture.At last,we have gotten the influence between the number of mixing cell and the the mixing performance of sludge and drug in SK Static Mixture by experiment, the results indicate that the maximum error between the experiments data and numerical simulation are less than15%, so the results of the numerical simulation above-mentioned are credible.These research results could guide the design and application of SK Static Mixture which will be used to sludge and drug in the sludge disposal process.This article has thirty-four pictures,seven tables and seventy three references.
