Analysis And Research On The Scheme Of Municipal Sludge Disposal

With the rapid expansion of the scale of China's rapid economic development and urbanization,the discharge of municipal sewage is increasing day by day.At the same time,municipal sewage emissions increase caused a sharp rise in the amount of sludge byproduct in the process of wastewater treatment.The sludge contains heavy metals,pathogens and microorganisms,if not disposed of properly,not only will cause irreparable damage to the environment,but also cause the resource waste.According to the survey report shows that under the influence of technology,policies and regulations,financial investment,ideology and other factors,there are nearly 80%of municipal sewage sludge is not for proper disposal of the two pollution caused by sludge has become increasingly serious,and even in some areas also appeared in the"toxic mud siege phenomenon.Municipal sewage sludge treatment and disposal has aroused widespread concern in society,has become an important issue in front of the government.Therefore,how to scientific comparison evaluation on the plan of municipal sludge disposal,and proper disposal,become municipal environmental protection is an urgent need to solve the problem.At present,The cause of China's municipal sludge disposal in the development stage,the sludge disposal technology for the reduction of initial treatment,the stabilizing treatment effect is not ideal;disposal methods mainly concentrate dewatering Sino trans landfill and land use,lack of comprehensive analysis of the affecting factors of sludge disposal.To change this situation,the sludge disposal toward the green,environmental protection,recycling,low carbon disposal technology roadmap,implementation of sludge disposal four goals,sludge disposal project selection should be more scientific and operational.This article from the four dimensions of economic,environment,technology,society starting,analysis various factors influence the disposal scheme of sludge treatment,improve the evaluation index system of sludge treatment and disposal program,and then through the comprehensive evaluation method selection,put forward by using AHP combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which is more suitable for sludge treatment and disposal schemes evaluation,set up a comprehensive evaluation model for sludge treatment and disposal program.Finally,the evaluation model was used to evaluate the sludge treatment and disposal project in Shenzhen City,which verified thescientific rationality,applicability and feasibility of the model.Evaluation results show that the greening with fat and sanitary landfill is the preferred solution for Shenzhen municipal sludge disposal(landfill object is mainly the sludge incineration ash,regardless of the wet sludge moisture content 80%),at the same time can be carried out in cooperation with surrounding city building materials use,and put forward some proposals on the evaluation results.
