Evaluation Research Of Road Transportation Energy Conversation And Emission Reduction

Oil is the main fuel of the road transport which can produce a series of environmental pollution products after burning,such as sulfide,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitrogen oxides,dust and particulate matter, etc.Along with the advance of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,energy consumption increases sparked a global energy crisis,the excessive pollutant discharge caused great pressure on the environment.A model contains three levels and61evaluation index of road transport to evaluate the energy saving and emission reduction situation was built in the paper.The grey correlation theory is used to optimize of the evaluation index system of energy saving and emission reduction,then used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the road transport energy conservation and emissions reduction.Based on the theoretical reaserch and analysis we take Heilongjiang Province as an example,and by using the theory of grey correlation we optimized the evaluation index system of Heilongjiang Province road transportation energy conservation and emissions reduction.By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we evaluated the energy conservation and emissions reduction situation of Heilongjiang Province,concluded the energy conservation and emission reduction evaluation results,and puts forward some pertinent advice according to the result of Heilongjiang Province.That the government can operate the road transportation energy conservation and emissions reduction from strategy,policy,funding,and propaganda,etc.And the road transport industry of Heilongjiang Province can promote the development of road transport industry to the direction of specialization and large-scale,the rational allocation of transport vehicles can improve the load utilization ratio,companies can inspire employees to work to the direction of technical innovation,and enterprises can strengthen internal management to promote road transportation energy conservation and emissions reduction in Heilongjiang Province.
