In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s industrial modernization level,China has become a world industrial power in one fell swoop,and the vigorous development of industry and commerce has stimulated the rapid development of China’s dangerous goods transportation industry Due to the physical and chemical characteristics of dangerous goods themselves,once a transport accident occurs,the consequences are extremely serious,in order to improve the level of transportation safety,scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research,but the research is mostly concentrated in the field of accident cause analysis,transportation route optimization,driver behavior analysis and transportation enterprise safety evaluation,and the safety evaluation research of transport vehicles in the parking lot is slightly insufficient,on the contrary,such accidents have occurred in recent years,causing certain personnel and economic losses.This paper is carried out from three aspects:identification of parking lot safety risk sources,construction of evaluation index system and evaluation theoretical model,aiming to improve the theoretical method of road dangerous goods transport vehicle parking lot safety evaluation and further improve the safety level of the industry.Firstly,through field research,the research scope of the parking lot of dangerous goods transport vehicles was defined,the main functional zoning and composition were analyzed,and the appropriate risk identification and safety evaluation method selection was completed based on the actual characteristics of the research object,which laid the foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,in view of the safety risks existing in the parking lot of dangerous goods transport vehicles,the accident causation theory,fault tree method and other methods are used to establish a safety risk evaluation index system The analysis of risk factors in parking lots was completed,and the common accident types were summarized and divided into four categories:general traffic accidents,leakage pollution incidents,fire and explosion incidents and violent terrorist incidents.The fault tree was drawn and the risk source identification was completed,and 6 first-level risk indicators were finally determined,including personnel,vehicles and equipment,carried goods,parking lots,environment and management,and a total of 28 second-level indicators were subdivided.Thirdly,based on the established safety risk evaluation index system of road dangerous goods transport vehicle parking lot,the safety risk evaluation model is constructed by combining Bayesian network,analytic hierarchy method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and improved ALARP risk matrix method Based on the evaluation results of Bayesian network to determine the risk possibility,the Buckley method is used to calibrate the prior probability of the root node,and Netica software is used to determine the posterior probability.AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the risk loss evaluation results,and SPSSAU software was used to complete the steps of hierarchy analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation By improving the risk matrix of ALARP,the quantitative value and grade of the total risk evaluation were obtained.Finally,the actual case verification analysis of a dangerous goods transport vehicle parking lot in XX District of Chongqing is carried out.It was determined that the total security risk rating R was 1.0160,and the result of the total risk evaluation level was levelⅣ,which was located in the negligible area of the risk matrix and belonged to the"negligible" comment.Among them,the maximum probability P of the occurrence of security risk is 1.34%,and the corresponding risk probability level is E "impossible";The risk loss value C is 75.82,and the corresponding risk loss level is "very serious" at level 2.The evaluation conclusions are consistent with the actual parking lot.
