With the vigorous development of the economy, as the national pillar industry ofthe automobile industry is also ushered in the explosive growth, especially with thecommon people’s wallet drum, the growing demand for the individual, private carsalso slowly go into the ordinary people’s home, which has brought the rapiddevelopment of car industry. Along with strong growth in car production, also lead tothe rapid development of auto parts. As the key part of automobile parts, thedevelopment of the automobile tire is facing with a rare opportunity, but the innertube side piercings technology has been stalled for years. Currently used by themachine through the principle of pneumatic or electric hoist with many needle holes,low efficiency, poor quality, there are a lot of limitations. This thesis adopt iscylinder lying, drive slider-crank mechanism, cylinder goes to a single stroke,pricker device goes to complete a movement up and down, time cut in half; which hasgreatly increased the production efficiency and production quality, the design of tiretechnology has a certain reference significance. So the linkage of the machine throughthe simulation analysis is very necessary.This thesis based on the simulation analysis software, first of all, the tire machinethrough overall and related part introduces related structure analysis and institutionalprinciple is introduced. Secondly, selection of sidewall machine through one of thekey components (linkage) based on simulink simulation analysis, mainly analyzedwhen the connecting rod and slider in the rocker and angular velocity, their’s angularvelocity in motion velocity and acceleration characteristics, because of the simulinksimulation visualization of advantages, easily watching the movement of institutions,designed for related agencies also provide a kind of analysis method. In addition tothis method, this thesis will link mechanism movement simulation, also the linkagefinite element static analysis and dynamic analysis one by one from macro to micro,and from all the bearing surface to each node to conduct a comprehensive finiteelement simulation analysis. Finally, it is concluded that connecting rod work stress,strain and frequency, which design to meet the required strength demands as well asthe reliability of the machinery and equipment parts to provide the reference, finiteelement analysis can also be found parts force weak spot in the middle of thesimulation, thus the rationality of the early structure design to have the effect to judge.
