Based on the characteristics of the cement kiln flue gas, complete the processdesign of cement kilns SNCR denitration industrial test systems.By the SNCR testdevice,we research SNCR denitration for the Calciner of5000t/d new type drycement producing line used ammonia as reducing agent.In actual flue gasconditions,we analyze reaction temperature, the ammonia-nitrogen mole ratios NSR,ammonia concentration, the degree of mixing of the ammonia with the flue gas,atomization pressure etc and determine the best conditions of SNCR. IN theconditions that ammonia mass fraction is13.0%, the injection point temperature is894℃, n(NH3)︰n(NOx) is1.2, the atomization pressure is about0.35Mpa.When theconcentration of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas is721mg/m3,the average of NOxremoval rate is72.82%, and the remaining NOx mass concentration is196mg/m3, below the Cement Industry atmospheric pollutant emission standards definedin NOx mass concentration (320mg/m3).The remaining NH3mass concentration isless than0.9mg/m3,well below the emission standards defined in NH3massconcentration (8.0mg/m3).
